The pics indicated no problems, so he concluded it was probably just the water and extremely high winds that sent rain into a an open space around the cap. Leak in the basement had to come out 2 different times to fix what they did wrong. Also had to wait until someone was available which was 4 days. ​ They also had adjusted one of the doors, still not right. I have called them 3 times and no one has called me back. Warranty is only good until they go out of business.. would not recommend them at all for a bathroom. Should have gone with a different company... very unsatisfied customer for what we paid.
