The small bit of blackout is horrendous, and I will have to have it touched up by another artist or even covered. Healing process was thankfully not hindered by any infection or complications and equipment seemed clean at least and new for every person. Super dissatisfied, disappointed and the vibe was uncomfortable. I guess cheaper prices usually mean cheaper skills. Such a shame, was really looking forward to using a more local artist.

Immediately the piercer at cliffs said it was horribly low, not properly done, pierced through the cartilage, and at risk for rejecting through the bottom of my nose. Got a second opinion at Notorious tattoo, where they also said it was completely wrong. Called them to politely ask for a refund, they said since we didn't notice an Issue within 24 hours they won't refund. They won't even admit they screwed it up. I'm sorry but I paid a "professional" $108 and I tipped 20, how am I supposed to know that it was done improperly. Thankfully the ball did fall off otherwise I wouldn't have been aware how botched it truly was. Extremely unprofessional and from what I can tell this is a common theme with them in their reviews.

Told them what I wanted and the artist drew up a concept for me. Loved how it came out, and was able to get it done that day. The tattoo came out fantastic and to this day it's my favorite piece. I will update this when I remember the artists name, but it was a while ago so I'm drawing a blank right now. Regardless, the guys that are in this shop are great, friendly and do wonderful work.
