I have used Resort Delivery 2 or 3 times before. I am very pleased with them. They do a great job. I usually order $100 worth of items. All the people who have delivered my groceries are fantastic, and I have had no problems getting the items I want. They save me a lot of time. I placed an order to be delivered to our resort in Beaver Creek. They delivered on time and it was convenient but they left off several items on my list and when they delivered the second time to replace what was left off they did not place my frozen items in the freezer so they were ruined. I was offered no refund for these items and I was charged again for another delivery even though it was their fault that they left off items on my original list. I have used other services that. were cheaper and had no issues with missing items. read more

They do pretty good work with deliveries and picking out the correct items, but BEWARE that they charge you a mandatory $35 plus an additional 20% of your order for the delivery fee. Let's say you order $120 worth of groceries from them. Your bill after these two delivery service charges will be about $180. That's $60 for someone extra to buy groceries for you and drive them to your place. For me, I'd rather save the $60 and get them myself. Oh yea... on top of all that, they have the nerve to give you the option of paying an additional 15% for gratuity. That would put your grocery bill up almost $200. At least that last 15% is optional. I would recommend these folks if you are unbelievably busy and have money to burn. If not, I'd recommend spending an hour and getting everything exactly how you want it an pocket the the money you'll save for your vacation fund. read more

Resort delivery has such an easy ordering platform. They called with questions because I opted for no substitutions and were so helpful telling me my options. When I arrived everything was beautifully stocked in the fridge and dry items were on the counter. Showing up with snacks and dinner supplies ready made coming to vail easier than in past years and I will certainly be ordering from them again. read more

We had a large group heading to Aspen staying in 3 separate condos close together. I had asked Resort Delivery if they would deliver to all 3 condos for the one price they charge for delivery and they had no problem with this. I had sent them my order a few days before, and when we arrived everything we ordered was delivered on time. I think the service they provide is very helpful and it sure saved us precious time. This service they provide allowed us to spend more time on the mountain. I would reccommend them for anyone who wants to save time and the pricing is very fair for this convenience. For some to complain that they charge an extra 20%, is really not looking at the big picture. If the price for this convenience is too high, then they should not be using this service. read more

What would have cost us less than $100 at home, cost $488 through Resort Delivery! Their fees are exorbitant!! Even worse, you can't possibly know how much you are going to spend until AFTER the damage is done because there are no prices on the order forms. On their uninformative website, it is not specified anywhere that you will be charged a $35 delivery fee AND a 25% service charge, AND they ask you to contribute a 25% tip to the delivery person, as well. It is, however, disclosed in tiny print on the online and printable order forms. In addition to all these fees, they purchases all organic items (without having asked me or disclosed this), which increased the bill significantly. We ordered only enough food for breakfast for 4 mornings, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners. ***What would have cost us less than $100 at home cost $488 through Resort Delivery!!*** I had to ask for the bill twice before they ever sent it to me after I arrived home. We arrived at our condo after 5:30, but our groceries still hadn't been delivered. We had to call to find out where it was. We usually rent a car on these trips and make a quick stop by a local grocery store on our way to check-in. I thought I was saving us some time and trouble, but we could've eaten out every meal much cheaper than buying groceries through RD. Big regret. If you don't have a conscience about how you spend your money, then this is probably the solution for you. Otherwise, I do not recommend. *I want to add that I hate leaving bad reviews for businesses. But since I rely so heavily upon reviews myself, I feel a responsibility to do so. read more

I sent in my order by fax. I tried for many days to confirm that they received my order, but could not get anyone to answer or return my call. On the day of our arrival, they had delivered, but very few things were correct on the order. We didn't have anything available for a meal - not even able to put a sandwich together. I had ordered many things and mostly received junk items that seems to be able to be purchased at a convenience store. They did however get the alcohol we ordered correct, but absolutely NOTHING else. I have tried numerous time to contact them about the order - I'm concerned that I gave them my credit card number - and they didn't even leave a receipt of items purchased. I would not use or recommend this company for any reason. I have used this type service before on vacations from different companies and had great service. Resort Delivery was a huge disappointment!!!!!! read more
