Matt was always quick to respond to my many questions (and changes!) and made the whole process so much less stressful. Brian, our foreman, was truly amazing. Since we live three hours away, we had to put a lot of trust in him--and he completely delivered. He sent us updates and photos every night and kept in constant communication with us. He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. He's incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of home renovation and we felt like he was always keeping our best interests at heart throughout the renovation. He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. At our final walkthrough, he had already caught and planned to address things we hadn't even noticed. Jeremy also did an incredible job with the kitchen tilework (among many other things)--it turned out beautifully. He was always helpful and stepped in anytime Brian wasn't available, which we really appreciated. Overall, MAST was a dream to work with. We we're hesitate to use them at first because there isn't much reviews on them and also our community is a little picky but after seeing my neighbors sunroom with cathedral ceilings and fireplace which was done a year ago, we decided to use them. I must say, it was a great dealing with Henry. He is very helpful and would ask me more then once if everything was good, took pictures for me to see progress. Just a really good experience. He even repair a leak on my roof for practically nothing. One more thing, when my husband and I bought the home, originally we had gotten quoted from two companies what we wanted done, and Henry beat their prices!!
