They carry a LARGE selection of Herbpharm tinctures (herbal concentrated medicinal medicine) which is amazing. They also carry an amazing tea selection, and a respectable selection of healthier, hard to find choices of various food items such as pasta, flours, grains, sauces, soups, and frozen items. Add in the selection of medical equipment/supplies that you will typically not find in one place...it truly is a hidden gem. The employees are friendly and not overly pushy like they can be in other places.

Appointment time was kept promptly, which to me is the hallmark of a well run practice. BTW, some of the whiners giving bad reviews complain about delivery times. All practices (even Wal-Mart and Sam's) are at the mercy of the optical labs. While this has not been my experience here, it's an issue for any optician's office - small or large. When I walked into the store, no one greeted me, which was a little odd. I went on to try on shoes and found one that I like but that they didn't have in my size. They offered to order it. I went ahead and paid and ordered my shoes. I don't mind waiting. They told me it would be in in 1-2 weeks. I came back two weeks later and it still wasn't in. All they said was that the "shipment hadn't arrived and that they would ask the owner." They already had my phone number, so i assumed I would be called if there was an issue. I was patient as I understand that things happen. I stopped by after three weeks and the shoes still weren't in. They gave me the "backorder" statement again. That is ok, but as a local business you need to take care of your customers. I don't care that there is a problem but you need to call and let the individual know and offer them another shoe. I was so upset with my experience that I got my refund and will never recommend this store to anyone. A loyal customer will pay more and wait a little longer if you treat them right. This store, however did not. They will never receive my business again.
