I would like to formally bring the following concerns to your attention: Beverage Package Refund Policy: We purchased a beverage package for my nephew that ultimately went unused. When this was raised with Guest Services, the response was dismissive ("you snooze, you lose"), with no attempt to provide assistance or escalate the concern. This lack of professionalism and customer care was unacceptable. Lost Property: My nephew lost his Apple AirPods onboard. While we understand personal responsibility, the minimal effort made by staff to assist--resulting only in a generic apology letter--fell short of reasonable customer service expectations. Onboard Food Charges: We were disappointed to encounter additional charges for common food items such as wings and donuts, which we reasonably expected to be included in the standard cruise fare. Inconsistent Enforcement of Rules: My son was singled out for a curfew violation, while other minors remained out past 1:00 AM without issue. As a person of color, he felt unfairly targeted. Rules must be enforced consistently and equitably, without the appearance of bias or discrimination. Confiscated Personal Property: Upon boarding, a staff member confiscated my nephew's JBL speaker and explicitly instructed us to retrieve it from the same location upon return on June 4. However, when we attempted to do so, we were told it should have been picked up from Deck 5. Due to this misinformation, the item was not recovered. Given both the approximate $50 value and the incorrect guidance provided by your staff, I am requesting appropriate reimbursement or resolution. Staff Conduct: While some crew members were courteous and professional, we encountered several individuals whose demeanor was rude and unnecessarily aggressive, which detracted from our overall experience. I am sharing this feedback because I expected a much higher standard of service for such an important milestone celebration. The lack of accountability and consistency in addressing these concerns has left my family deeply disappointed. I am requesting a formal review of these matters and a response outlining what actions will be taken to address these service failures.

They are working on making it look better by mulching beds when in reality they need to work on the RV sites. The sites are getting worse and worse and need maintenance. Most of not all sites need to be leveled, remove palm trees to make it easier for big rigs to get into a few spaces, and several water spigots at sites leaking and making it muddy. There also appears to be quite a few full-timers living there. Host was very nice. Unfortunately, we will not be back. No longer worth the money.

The water pressure was very good. The electrical was very good; almost maybe too good. Meaning I was getting readings of over 124 to 125 volts at times and the Power Watchdog cut off once. I think because the voltage got too high. The pool area was very nice. The restrooms and showers were very clean and kept stocked. We will definitely be back next time. I will say the campground looks a little bare, since it is still new and some trees have not fully grown. Their employees were very nice and understanding. We did have some Internet troubles in our camper TV since we need 5 GHz and they only offer 2.5 GHz. I would also say that the pool hours currently are 9am to 8pm, which I think is quite stupid because kids should be able to be in the pool until at least 9 or 10pm. The pool is very nice and there are LED lights at night and there is a 1 foot deep platform for younger children to be able to play in with splashing water without drowning. The animal sanctuary area is really close by, and we all loved looking at them grazing and eating in the mornings. The provided bathrooms and showers is really nice and if you're looking for a place to cool off with a great smell that is an amazing spot.

Pros: I booked all 4…read morerooms in Grace Manor. I'm so happy I did. It was a fabulous time. The house is beautiful with many unique nooks and crannies. The ceilings are adorned with crown molding that seems to reach out and draw you in and the criss-cross pattern is perfect for the dual warming colors that resemble the morning sky. It is close to a railroad crossing and a park with a huge playground just down the road. The memorial statue of Ray Charles is located at this park and justly positioned near the playground and the pond. The food was absolutely delicious and a sight for hungry eyes. I pre arranged dinner at 6:30 for my family on a Saturday night. I'm so glad I did. Brenda was nice enough to cork two bottles of wine my sister gifted me. It was a delightful dinner and a special moment with my siblings and their families. I stayed in the honeymoon suite. It has a large bathroom with adorable wooden french doors separating it from the room. There is a small table with two chairs and a delicate tablecloth with doily's and two glasses. The honeymoon suite is also connected to a sunroom that is also connected to the Rose room. All parties sort of gather here or on the front surrounding porch to chat and lounge. My family played enjoyed both, practicing games we planned to use at our event the night after and enjoying cocktails upstairs. We also enjoyed the large wrap around front porch with a porch swing, several sectioned seating options and a table with chairs in the front corner perfect for games. Brenda has a nook upstairs with games and books a plenty. We enjoyed playing a new twist on jenga. Only the second floor is available to guests and the parlor and dining area on the main level. The house is 3 stories plus an attic, so don't expect to see anything more than what I mentioned. Parking is in the rear. Park on the grass. Bag ice is available at the gas station. The grounds are green and beautiful. The pool temperature was perfect. There is plenty of seating. No music, so you may want to bring a small (Battery operated) music player. When we came down the stairs ready for the pool Brenda and her team had a bundle of towels and basket of sun care products waiting for us to grab as we went out the door. Tour: When she showed us the upstairs, all the lights remained off. I understand wanting to save energy, but at least flick on the light with a smile while you show us the room, then turn it off when we move on. Families Beware: My husband, my 3 year old son and myself were the first to arrive. I feel the welcome got off to a rocky start. She treated me like a young school girl, correcting me twice, (once on when I told my husband when the house was built (1898) and I actually said that, but she insisted that I said 1998. And another when I mentioned that I liked the birdhouse on the front lawn. I guess it is a "library" not a bird house. Then after she corrected me, in middle of our conversation flow she turned around and started another conversation with some girl who walked up to her on the lawn, completely disregarding my presence. She seemed put off that I had my 3 year old son with me, though she was aware of this in advance. She even put his toys back into his small bag minutes after we arrived which made my son cry and feel very uncomfortable. My son is very quiet, adorable, well behaved, loving and not in any way a bratty little kid you see often out and about. My husband also informed me that Brenda actually came to him and said "Now, are you responsible for your son, where is he?" ...uh with the other 7 family members staying at your bed and breakfast! I was absolutely horrified when I heard she spoke to my husband in that manner referring to my sons whereabouts. Uncomfortable Experience: I took a shower and placed the foot towel on the floor just outside the shower door. Then my husband jumped in the shower. I was getting ready for an event and I heard bold knocking on our door. Brenda was angry and told me that there was water coming from the bathroom through the ceiling downstairs. She was about to walk in and I told her my husband was in the shower. She said "There is a towel to put on the floor when you take a shower". Again, treating me like a silly school girl. The fireplace cannot be operated unless you ask for assistance, so that was one night gone. The next day we asked for assistance and she told me our room would be too hot if we used the fireplace. So needless to say, I didn't DARE touch the jacuzzi tub. My son's bath was basically in the pool. I have to say that I paid the entire bill for everyone and I expected to be treated respectfully. But I'm a big girl and I let that type of behavior slide off my back and move on. In summary: My first impression, Judgmental, unwelcoming, snooty, doesn't care for children at all. My lasting impression, thank God my family was there because I had a lot of fun bonding with them.
