Explained multiple times that my car sits a little low. When the tow truck arrived, the driver didn't even make an attempt to safely and carefully load my car onto the bed. Not even placing wood or material down to allow for the front bumper to clear. Experienced tow truck drivers/companies understand ride height challenges and typically have the tools for safe loading. The pictures speak for themselves. My car was in no accident. Now I have to get my entire front bumper replaced. Mayeday Towing refused to compensate for the damage. The owner of Mayeday Towing is very unprofessional, rude, and has the worst customer service. He made multiple false claims through text messages. The owners at the automotive wrap shop where my car was dropped off were speechless due to seeing the condition my front bumper was in compared to seeing it days prior.
