Her place has a country vibe with beautiful grounds and a sumptuous spread of breakfast waiting for you each morning , prepared by her and her husband. We have stayed many times and each time the rooms, bathrooms and bedding have been very clean. I highly recommend.

Everything flowed so nicely and felt super relaxing from start to finish. The staff were all warm, professional, and really made us feel taken care of. For brunch, we had mimosas and a pineapple punch (so good), plus a fruit plate, grilled caesar salad, and three Kenoza burgers -- all cooked exactly how we wanted. No complaints at all, everything was fresh and delicious. The space itself is clean, calm, and really inviting. Such a great way to kick off a birthday weekend with my girls. I'd definitely come back.

We have been coming to Villa Roma since 2019 during the Summer and we love it, although it has…read moredefinitely gone downhill because we do have a fun time during the Summer, and we decided to try and come here for New Year's Eve. We were all so excited! We arrived today and it is not at all what we expected. There is only one word to describe this trip so far "FREEZING"!!! Everybody is walking around in jackets and ski caps, or have heavy blankets wrapped around them. The halls feel like a morgue. We just came from the nightclub and everyone was complaining about how freezing cold it is. I actually saw children crying and their parents had to take them out. My daughter and I tried staying for the show, but had to walk out because we couldn't take it anymore. You have to be so happy if you happen to run across a small area of the hallways that has a "warm spot". ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? We spent over $700 a night for this New Year's Eve event and we can't even enjoy it. How can you run a hotel like this and expect people to ever come back? It's a disgrace!!!! For all the money I spent and I have to get sick, and now my daughter has a sore throat! Not to mention, I was in shock when they told me I have to pay for the New Year's Eve party after the dinner. WHAT?!!! I was never told that when I made my reservation. I am now so disgusted with this place and my heart is breaking because we truly loved it. Definitely going to look for other options from now on. Who knew I'd be spending my time in a freezer, and now I'm in my hotel room instead of being in the nightclub. THIS IS WHAT I SAVED UP MY MONEY FOR?! Another thing to add on because, we had to go to our room instead of the freezing nightclub we thought we'd get some snacks at the very least to have in the room. Well, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, the vending machine is broken and I lost money. I think it's time we all looked elsewhere for our hard earned vacation.
