I had the flank steak for my entree. The chef cooked it medium rare just as I requested. However I think the slice of meat that I got was a bit on the tough side. Instead, I highly highly recommend the deer medallions that my boyfriend ordered. The deer was cooked perfectly rare and they were so tender - it had the same consistency as a filet mignon, and with none of the game-y taste that exotic meats can have. I finished dinner with their very last slice of raspberry cake. This, too, was fantastic. The tartness of the raspberries balanced well with the creaminess of the cake. The white chocolate drizzle gave it a slightly sweet note throughout without being overwhelming. Overall the dinner came out to 1778 CZK (about $87.87) before tip for one appetizer, two entrees, one desert, and one bottle of Czech Cabernet Sauvignon. We also had some special drinks (non alcoholic) from their menu. I would recommend their citrus ginger lemonade! It was refreshing and made with fresh ginger, lemon and pomegranate.
