It was interesting that the waiter claimed that the bread made in house daily when I saw one of the cooks cut up prepackaged store-bought bread... The waiter reassured me that this was a popular Czech dish. The tripes were fine although I found the dish a touch lacking with a ton of thousand island squirted on the dish? It was my first time having pork tongue and this tasted more like a sausage.
