There is a lady…read morewalking around with some kind of iPad and she puts the manufacturer's coupon in because their machines never take them, and if you tell her that you aka have a digital coupon, she gives you an attitude and never takes it off the total. This has happened three times to us and chatting online with them does nothing. This store used to be pretty good but lately they just don't care. If BJs doesn't want to take double coupons, just tell the customers this so we stop wasting our time!!

i used to love this store, but was not only sold a defective item, which they would not honor a…read morerefund for, and managed to blame ME for the item being broken! the manager/owner/whoever he is has been VERY unprofessional about the situation and i will tell everyone who listens not to go there anymore. this is not the first time i have been sold defective items from them. i've had to purchase a second old knob for my inside door because the first set was missing a switch inside to make it lock. keys are seldom cut right, even for locks they sell in store. never have i been so offended by a worker in a store in my entire life. absolutely unacceptable behavior for a man his age. grow up. i always try to shop small, but in this case, i'll travel the extra miles to go to a chain store because apparently this one likes to play dirty.

I never cancelled anything and no reason was provided, I'm sorry I upgraded my membership. I'm going to BJ's.

I paid $3.13 a gallon for unleaded, which near my house it's $3.49-$3.39 ( with a membership to that gas station ) they have optical , tires and batterie service for your car and a nice food court after checking out. Prices are cheap for the food court. They have a larger bakery department then the Sams club that's closer to my home, which doesn't have a gas station. Traffic isn't bad at all if you go late morning. If you look good, there is always extra goodies on clearance. Place is very clean and welcoming. I had put some large and heavy items in my cart, and pulled my back out, I spoke with a very compassionate and friendly worker who suggested after I check out , to have them page one of the cart employees to help me, to put all my items into my car. Which was such a relief for my. The young gentleman was so nice and caring, treated each item like there were fragile while placing into the back of my car. He seems to love his job. The only reason for losing 1 star , can't seem to understand why, they have an employee at the door who won't let you in without showing your membership card. You can't pay for your order without scanning your membership card, so that's a wasteful point to me, especially when she has a line of people trying to come into Sam's and shop.

We went to other places and they didn't have even close to the selection. After a month without a kitchen due to cabinet delays Emerald was so fast an accommodating. The cabinets had nothing to do with them but they still made sure to come out the day after I installed to cabinets to measure and a week later had the counters done and installed. I can't thank them enough for all their work. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. They took care of everything were so pleasant and friendly, the most important part the counters look beautiful!! Thank you so much Emerald!!

Everything was fresh and made to order. He uses a Lusitania roll, which is one of the better local choices around. The chopped cheese was outta this world. Three hamburger patties chopped with onions and peppers all topped with Goya Sazón! Be prepared to wait a few minutes for your order, but that's no problem. There was no shortage of folks to have a quick conversation with in the deli. Great place highly recommended.
