Recently ordered for same day delivery on Friday 2/6 at 5am. All items available and order went through to be delivered on 2/6/26. I was advised order on the way . Friday passed no delivery or update. Saturday 2/7 was advised delayed again but working on it. Well today I received a message cancellation request and order cancelled ?? Membership-only warehouse chain selling a variety of bulk grocery items, electronics & home goods. This location has a gas station, where the gas prices are so much cheaper, it actually pays your membership off after using a few times. I paid $3.13 a gallon for unleaded, which near my house it's $3.49-$3.39 ( with a membership to that gas station ) they have optical , tires and batterie service for your car and a nice food court after checking out. Prices are cheap for the food court. They have a larger bakery department then the Sams club that's closer to my home, which doesn't have a gas station. Traffic isn't bad at all if you go late morning. If you look good, there is always extra goodies on clearance. Place is very clean and welcoming. I had put some large and heavy items in my cart, and pulled my back out, I spoke with a very compassionate and friendly worker who suggested after I check out , to have them page one of the cart employees to help me, to put all my items into my car. Which was such a relief for my. The young gentleman was so nice and caring, treated each item like there were fragile while placing into the back of my car. He seems to love his job. The only reason for losing 1 star , can't seem to understand why, they have an employee at the door who won't let you in without showing your membership card. You can't pay for your order without scanning your membership card, so that's a wasteful point to me, especially when she has a line of people trying to come into Sam's and shop. read more

I called Sam's Club to suspend auto renew for my membership that is expiring mid April. I cannot afford the cost of the membership and so I wished to not renew it. The rep adjusted the account to remove the credit card. she advised me that I could still use the membership until the expiration date in mid April. I went there today and Sam's has my membership card number locked in the app, and would not allow me to use it unless I renewed yet it said I had 17 more days on my membership. It was embarrassing to be at a register & have to put your things back because they wouldn't let me use the account unless I renewed. To me that is not only humiliating but poor service because I paid for a full membership for a year and I should be able to use it for that year, regardless of whether I am renewing or not. so clearly the representative on the phone gave me inaccurate information as well. Thank you, Sam's Club for an embarrassing experience. read more

This review is exclusively about Sams Club Optical. My grandson and I have been going there for several years, seeing Dr George and Elba in the Optical Dept. we have always had exceptional care. They take their time with us, listening to our needs, making sure we are satisfied with our purchases and even helping replacing broken glasses in a timely manor. The prices are good as we do not have eye insurance but they do accept insurance plans. They do give discounts to Sams Club Plus Members! Way to go Dr.George and Elba ! read more

This is the larger of the two Sam's Club in the area. It has a gas station which makes it even better. The bakery department is also much larger than the other one. Getting to this location is not fun since it's near the airport and you must take route 22 to get there. Plenty of parking and there's also a food court inside. It does have more product than the other location such as a more variety of drinks in cases, a lot more bakery goods, fresh bread and I believe you can also order a custom birthday cake. Great place to purchase cupcakes in bulk, 30 at a time for events. This location also has an optical department which also separates it from the other location. There is also a tire & battery department but the other location also has the same department. Other than that, this is your typical Sam's Club. If it wasn't for the gas station, I probably would probably not come to this location very often. The traffic to get here is murder. read more

This is the second time that we get hair on our pastries, at Sam's Club. The first time, it happened with the guava pastries; now, with the apple turnovers -- two pieces of hair. It is disgusting, and says much about their brand. The hairs seem to be either beard hair, or pubic hair. Given that this is not the first time, my logical conclusion, is: that this is most likely being done on purpose. read more

Savings on gas pays my annual membership I got tires at price I couldn't get anywhere else people are helpful I can't complain about anything other than I need a much bigger freezer to truly take advantage of savings . I bought a 60 " tv and they loaded it no fuss. New WiFi was best price I could get no shipping no waiting. Hooked it up right away . Amazon is great but not when I Want it NOW It's been a few months since I wrote above review. I haven't changed my opinion about the store , but I've noticed that what other posts about customer service is unfortunately too common . The front service desk is in need of closer and better training or reassignment to another position. I've managed service departments in the past so I realize that poor service can undo all the good done with excellent marketing , business plans and advertising. YES! I have a membership to Sam's and its competitor (Costco) and I have to say I would shop Sam's over Costco everyday if it was more convenient. The staff seems to be more accommodating than the other option and they seem to value my membership! The store is always clean, and we love the fact that they added pick up for us. We are new to the area and have shopped at so many clubs, but this one takes the cake! It is well organized, clean and has such good flow. You aren't going to wait in line too long and the cashiers seem genuine! Parking is a-ok. I did have the opportunity to speak with a supervisor or manager (David) and he was great, he was telling me that pick up is new and that they are just getting into the groove, but they were efficient and kind! Seriously, on a weekend, there should not be one or two registers open and one with a hand scanner while four people are just lounging out around the managers stand which at this location is against the wall behind the registers instead of in front like at other locations. I prefer this store to the Easton/ Nazareth location. I sent yelp the updated phone number because Sam's is too dumb to realize the number they have listed on their own site is incorrect. Parking lot entrance area is the most ridiculous layout I have ever seen. PA has horrible parking layouts but this one is pathetic. Maybe someday Sam's will accept Visa. I'll continue to shop here even if it does seem to be busy nearly all the time. It's clean and convenient for me to get to. Sam's has a good selection of meats, dairy, and frozen foods at good prices. Household goods, cleaning products, and pet products are also reasonable. Pricing isn't great on everything so CHECK against the supermarket when buying here. Parking is fairly convenient unless you're here at very busy hours on the weekends. There are never many registers open, though, and there is inevitably a line out the door waiting for the checker. Staff is friendly, though, so that's good. I'm usually not getting much - maybe 10-15 items per trip, so it stinks to get behind someone with a flatload of stuff in line. But hey, I expect it because it's a club store. That's how it operates. One thing I do recommend is getting fuel here. Regularly is 10 cents cheaper than the other local stations. read more

OPTICIAN I had an eye dr appointment at the optical center on airport rd in the Sams Club. I have been at quite a few optometrists office since I've worn contacts for 25 yrs. I have to say this was the best experience ever. Dr Tracey George is so professional, smart, thorough and very informative and has a wonderful personality! I learned so much about my eyes, my contacts and treatments than I ever had from any other eye dr. I wish I would've found her yrs ago. This is a newer Sam's Club but pretty standard when it comes to the Sam's/Wal-Mart Chain. The store is, of course, the size of a warehouse and offers a decent selection of items for the freezer down to the closet. The best part of this particular store is that they have self-check out that NEVER has a line. It's almost like people think that the self- check is closed because there are no other people there. Perfect for people like me who go in for 3-4 times and then bypass standing in line for 20-30 minutes! This location also has a gas station!! read more

If I can give them no stars I would be in heaven right now. I been a club member for 8 years now, and I watched customer service fall to the ground. From rude check out to clueless managers. Sams.com is no better, besides placing you on hold for hours, then those who answer the phones are rude and simply arrogant is rather frustrating. How could you not know a status of an order you took the money for, yet you have no idea why it didn't ship? Unacceptable! Unprofessional! Love our Sam's clubs in the Lehigh Valley. Scan n go is so convenient I highly recommend. Just got two new tires put on today to replace the two Mavis would not stand behind and let me tell you what a difference in professionalism and customer service. They explained the whole rotation thing to me (whereas Mavis did not) plus their rotation is not "rotate every 3X around the block", lol, it's much longer .. I'm sure taking into account that life gets in the way and covid, less driving and so on. Plus looks like car may need alignment and crazy thing is it is right in Mavis' notes we asked for one & they said we didn't need. If I had the energy & inclination I would fight them but I don't. Tires were done at Sams in less than an hour... not 5-6 hrs like Mavis. For the record we spent 610.00 on 4 tires just 2 yrs ago at Mavis and after 20,000 miles both front tires are shot. They won't stand behind warranty on 60k mile tires bc I did not rotate. (High risk covid.. I've barely been out lol -the miles on car are from my essential worker hubby... ty essential workers!) Absolute worst customer service ever! One employee working customer service with a line of ten people, no backup for over 15 minutes, only employees coming back to chat and laugh about who knows what.....oh wait, these four employees actually can work customer service as they just decided to stop talking for a minute to sign on to a register and ask to help the next person in line. Well, that didn't last long. They begin the transaction and then have to all talk to each other about nothing related to the customer standing in front of them. Just chatting and laughing it up. Took another ten minutes to help the next few people because nothing could be completed without goofing around and socializing. This can only be attributed to poor management. If management had any training this type of horrible customer service would not be tolerated for even half as long as it went on. Pride in your work is something these workers obviously do not possess nor are they held to a standard of trying to develop pride in the company they work for and in the job they are hired to do. read more

Been going here since this store opened! First off, you cannot beat the rotisserie chicken for $5. Sometimes I stop just to take that home. You would not be able to buy it and cook it that good for the $$$! The snack bar hot dog & soda is a deal, also. Huge Nathan's all beef hot dog! Get my cases of water, half & half quarts, 20 oz coffee cups and paper plates & paper towels, and my case of cat food, too. This store always has lines and is kind of dingy. Today, my cashier charged me for and extra $55 for an upgraded account when I did not want one. I was not asked if I wanted to upgrade the account , she just upgraded me. Upon arriving home, I was looking over my receipt, saw my $45 charge for the membership renewal, then another renewal for $55. When I called the store, a girl named Felicia, or Alicia, something like that, told me that the only way that I would be able to get my money back was to drive back to to store to stand in the (always long) line at customer service. So, lucky me. I get to drive 20 miles, stand in line, to fix their screwup. I cannot wait until Costco opens at Hamilton Crossings. Buh bye, Sam's! read more

So on 8/12/2019 I went in to the photo area to have some phots printed off phone there was no one in the area which was fine I was familiar with the process of hooking your phone up to Kiosk while there a lady needed some help and stood waiting and no one showed up to help so she left. Now the following day after work I stopped by to pick up my photos on my way to a meeting. I get there to photo department not one person in sight so I walk up to a cashier and asked if she could get someone to come over to photo area so I could pickup my photos she said sure i watched her go over to a group of women just standing around laughing and chatting I walked back almost 10 minutes went by so I walked over to customer service desk to ask for help as im approaching the counter the same group of women were stilling there doing absolutely nothing looking at me laughing so now im annoyed so I asked the young lady behind the desk for help and pointed out the fact that this was my second time she looks over to the group of ladies and said yes I will get someone over to help you as im walking back to photo department I hear her tell the group of ladies she needs help in the photo department well she ended up coming over and then overcharged me for the photos. The price was posted as one amount and she charged another. I really didn't have any more time to entertain this awful customer service and the fact that now I was put in the situation of being late to my meeting really didn't sit well with me. If I didn't need these photos for my fiancé I would have left them there but the fact that they were the last pictures he had with his dad who just recently passed away I really needed this pictures, I will never get another photo from there, I will go some where else to have them printed. I normally don't have to really deal with the associates I go in get what I need and do self check out. Sam Club get it together!!!! read more

I stopped in today for just a few quick things, the checkout lines were longer than ever and the self checkout only had one line open with about 6 people in line. I turned around and walked out. My other gripe. The price to compare(p2c) at the bottom corner of the price signs. They sell about 12 kinds of frozen chicken. You will find one with the P2C listed as $/oz. the next one is $/lb. the next is $/serving the next one $/package. Totally useless price to compare unless they are all the same. 12/1/2015: This is the slowest return department I have ever seen. Take so long to ring up a return or credit. They must be behind in technology BUT i see their workers typing on their mobile faster than road runner Beep beep... Business must be bad so they only have one counter open. I first shopped here when they first moved to Airport Rd and it was BAD. I purchased products only to find mold on them or see they expired. Too many times I had to bring items back because they were past date or molded. I finally spoke with a manager and asked what type of quality control they had and he refunded my membership. Just recently joined again and I think it's under new management. I don't see expired products or moldy food. Although I make sure to check out everything I buy before I leave the store. It would be nice if they had more registers open and the parking lot set up so dumb. You can't beat the hot dog and soda for $1.50 and their soft pretzels are good. I like that they mark stuff down, you can get some good deals. The gas station is a big plus, always about .10 cheaper. read more

Sam's offers a promotion beginning June 20 for galaxy phones. I went to buy a new phone that is part of the promotion on the 1st day and was told they don't have the phone I want in stock. PROMOTION JUST STARTED TODAY! I was, of course, offered the much more expensive phone that was also part of the promotion which was in stock. Bait & switch I believe it's called. I asked when the phone I want will be available and was told "I don't know". Not I'll check or let me see if I can find out, No...just "I don't know. I drive 23 miles one way to get to this Sam's Club, it's the closest one to me. So I wasted over 2 hours and 46 miles of driving! read more

Like SAMs club for certain things. Their tire prices were nice but I am very very irritated that they only have one person working in the tire auto dept for the past 2 weeks that I have been going and had to wait 2 hours for my car and my sisters car to get done. They need to hire more people or train others in that dept! Very frustrating when u go there for a flat tire or a tire installation that u already paid for and u are tired after work and then told u have to wait 2 hours.- waste time. read more
