    Membership-only warehouse chain selling a variety of bulk grocery items, electronics & home goods. This location has a gas station, where the gas prices are so much cheaper, it actually pays your membership off after using a few times. I paid $3.13 a gallon for unleaded, which near my house it's $3.49-$3.39 ( with a membership to that gas station ) they have optical , tires and batterie service for your car and a nice food court after checking out. Prices are cheap for the food court. They have a larger bakery department then the Sams club that's closer to my home, which doesn't have a gas station. Traffic isn't bad at all if you go late morning. If you look good, there is always extra goodies on clearance. Place is very clean and welcoming. I had put some large and heavy items in my cart, and pulled my back out, I spoke with a very compassionate and friendly worker who suggested after I check out , to have them page one of the cart employees to help me, to put all my items into my car. Which was such a relief for my. The young gentleman was so nice and caring, treated each item like there were fragile while placing into the back of my car. He seems to love his job. The only reason for losing 1 star , can't seem to understand why, they have an employee at the door who won't let you in without showing your membership card. You can't pay for your order without scanning your membership card, so that's a wasteful point to me, especially when she has a line of people trying to come into Sam's and shop.

    This is the second time that we get hair on our pastries, at Sam's Club. The first time, it happened with the guava pastries; now, with the apple turnovers -- two pieces of hair. It is disgusting, and says much about their brand. The hairs seem to be either beard hair, or pubic hair. Given that this is not the first time, my logical conclusion, is: that this is most likely being done on purpose.

    Had cupcakes ordered for my sons 1st birthday. Mickey Mouse themed. We were so pleased with how they came out and how they tasted. A day later and they are still so moist. Bravo. Job well done. Next birthday or event we will solely use sams club bakery.

    Terrible customer service. Would not match COSTCO price. Showed worker ad. She checked with manager who said no. Will shop COSTCO first!

When I made my initial purchase on 12/15 I got an email stating the my payment for my order failed and to try with a different payment method. The payment for that order in fact did not fail and I had made 2 purchases. I put in a cancellation request that same night and called on the 16th to ensure itd be rectified. 12/19 I emailed and called again unable to reach customer service. I left a voicemail and got no call back. Also on the 19th, I get 2 notices from my bank that 2 charges from retro vgames posted. Today 12/20 I finally get through to customer service just for them to tell me there's nothing they can do and both purchases have been shipped on the 16th, but I was never notified if my product had shipped. I log in to my account to see that they were shipped the 18th, not the 16th. The order should have never been shipped and the initial payment should have never been taken if they told me payment failed AND the cancellation request was put in prior to the offer being fulfilled. Customer service was very dismissive, had inaccurate information, and told me they couldn't see the cancellation request even though they read off of it.... So far poor experience, but I will update if product is received and will see if the order is accurate, products work/quality, and the return process is not a hassle/no cost to me.

    This company is TERRIBLE! They post fraudulent pics and send you knock off version of what you…read morethink you purchased. Customer service is terrible. No one ever answers the phone. I called 8 times and only got answer 1 time by someone who couldn't even speak English very well. Sounded like it was a call center in India somewhere. They dont carry what they advertise, they are more of a broker and they find other people who are selling what they advertise, they purchase that one and have it sent to you with out having even seen/tested/or touched the product before it get to you and that is even if its the product you ordered and not some knock off. Dishonest people like this should be in jail.

Following is my note to Redners/SHIPT service: My husband and I are both 70+ with extreme health issues. Going to the grocery was very difficult and we needed to seek out scattered benches to sit down every 10 minutes or so. Unpacking the car and carrying in groceries took forever. We carried in a small load and had to sit to catch our breath before getting more. I noticed on my stores weekly email flyer that they had your service. I had never heard of this before! About a month ago I tried a small test order to see how it worked. I was surprised to receive a text from our shopper (Kacyann) introducing herself and keeping me posted as she shopped. Giving me info on out of stock items and choices to substitute!! She was amazing!! Next thing I knew she had everything on my porch!! Then 2 days ago I had a very sizeable order and our shopper again introduced herself and again she was amazing!! We could not have been happier! The small fee was definitely worth it as it saved us so much stress and literal agony. We have no family here to help us and your company made us feel human again!! I thank you so much!!! I did leave tip on check out, plus I added a little cash on arrival. I was just so happy! Keep up the great work and hiring such wonderful shoppers!
