Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful. Prices can vary wildly for different types of items. There are deals to be had, but there are also food/equipment prices that are definitely on the higher side as well. Thee best customer service! We visited for the first time a few months ago, where Peyton, Cassie and Heather made our shopping experience amazing. We shopped again (6/3/23) in need of a white fish. Chilean sea bass is my absolute favorite, but couldn't justify $140 for 5 pounds. Chilean sea bass is historically expensive, but I thought $28/lb. was especially high so we asked if we were looking at the right product tag. Ricardo was a few walk in freezers down stocking inventory, and kindly came over to help. Moments later, another gentlemen (Daniel), walked up to assist Ricardo. When the exchange was over I thanked both men and particularly Daniel, who didn't have to stop to see if Ricardo needed assistance. Daniel went on to share that he is the manager of that area and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. What an awesome example of a leader supporting their team. Can't wait to shop again. This place is great! New location in Roseville that just opened at the beginning of July and it's just about 5-7 minutes from where I live yay. Super convenient, great pricing, always stocked, and open 7 days a week! The employees are all really friendly and helpful and this place is run really well by the manager. I can be in and out of here rather quickly and from what I hear that's usually not the case with other locations and of course this is because since it's a new location not many consumers know about it. The place is stacked from bottom to top with just about anything needed for a restaurant. You can find a variety of food from Asian, Indian, Mediterranean, Hispanic to Italian foods and much more. Really awesome place. I used to purchase from regular stores before I got a business license and oh man this is way different than normal consumer grocery stores. It is super cheap and affordable! Parking area is very open and easy access to find a space not like the one in downtown. Bring a jacket because if you come here unprepared you will become a part of the meat section and probably be put on sale real quick LOL. The cold section has every kind of meat that is normal including steaks, hot dogs, chicken breasts, beef patties, lamb, salmon, tilapia. Then they got boxed items like chicken nuggets, gyro meat. Being Falsely Accused of Stealing The management at this store is terrible, they treated me with immense disrespect and are incredibly unethical. Last time I went there I was falsely accused of stealing multiple items. That day, I went up the cash register to ring up my items when their manager came up to us stating that I had taken two big bags of ice without paying for them in December. Not only have I never stolen an item from that store, but I've also never even bought a bag of ice from them before. This leads me to wondering where this accusation even derived from. I tried to argue that this could just be a misunderstanding, but she was adamant that I committed the theft. I then asked them to tell me who set up these allegations against me, but they refused to tell me. I demanded to speak to another manager as I was adamant that I needed some sort of proof. At this point I felt very disgraced and shamed in front of all these people, especially as a woman coming from a culturally and religiously conservative background. I tried to explain the effect that this accusation had on me, but he aggressively and loudly stated repeatedly, in front of all of the other customers that he did not care about my feelings, that they didn't matter to him. He was practically screaming in my face. Even though, I still politely asked for proof. After that, he went inside their office and the other supervisor and cashier followed him. Five minutes later, the cashier told me that they're busy and I would have to wait until the owner came the following day in order to review the footage. I felt like at this point they were just telling lies in order to dissuade me from escalating the issue. Another issued occurred back in December when I brought my four-year-old son with me to this store. At the cash register, the woman was ringing up my items, the same woman that brought up the theft allegations months later. My son slightly coughed which caused her to freak out and yell at him to cover his mouth. As a mother I couldn't just stand there and let her unreasonably yell at my son. I have a suspicion that those two instances may be linked. Overall, this was an instance of unethical business practice and I feel as if I have been severely wronged. read more

The store is really clean and big but, it is New still what I noticed visiting this New store was when I went to check out I was behind 1 customer. The clerk was waiting for someone to do a price check which in my opinion took a long time. Other clerks did offer to help but I wasn't wanting to really move. Staff was helpful in guidance of where items where in the store. The staff took safety precautions against covid by enforcing masks, providing hand sanitizer and shields at the register. The store was easy to navigate through and the products in the isles were very well organized. There are so many different items available it is easy to do one stop shopping. Not all items were in bulk which is good so that way if you'd like to buy a smaller quantity there are a lot of options. Definitely was fun to look around at all the different things they offered. Roseville restaurant depot's customer service is The WORST. I called to check on some meat Products, the receptionist flatly told me that they are in freezer and they can't take my call. I told her to page them and she said the pager does not work. Then I asked her to transfer to a manager and her reply was, Oh he is not there." Then I told her to please check in her system if you have certain products, she could not check that either. This would have been my first visit there, but guess with this kind of bad CS I would rather stick to Sacramento Restaurant Depot, whose CS is exceptional and they are always there ready to help customers when I call. read more

This store is out a lot of stuffs, every time I come here they're out a lot of stuffs, Poor management! The manager just stands around to verify and counting items and let their employees play with their phone which unprofessional!! She could have assigned her employees to help other lines which a lot of customers got their carts too heavy and don't want to move the cart elsewhere. And a lot of items don't have SKU numbers so they have to wait till the manager come to fine out the items barcodes. That's very sad!!! read more
