Just went in there today! Great little supply shop! Idk what normal prices are but I didn't feel they were badly priced. Their chime candles were abundant and .58cents each which is mostly what I bought. The people working there were friendly and gave me my space to look around. It's not a huge shop and I was on the only person there until I was checking out and a whole group of people came. I was glad to see it because I want small biz shops like this to succeed! Consider next time for your spiritual and crystal type stuff needs! Lots of variety with a big focus on stones. For the space they have they use it well. I love the large selection of incense. I wish they had more variety on the brands of oils they sell, but the selection is quite large for what they do have. Love that they sell tarot and books. The staff are always super helpful and friendly and available for questions. I do agree with others that the strong smell of incense can be a little off putting/cloying in such a small space. The location is very convenient, parking lot usually has space available though the spaces are TIGHT. A nice shop to peruse and take your time in. Probably my favorite feature is the variety of stones available and the sizes/shapes offered, from small pocket sized to larger sculptures. I bought a Howlite bracelet for one of my girls. In less than 24 hours it broke. I called and told them. They told me to gather what beads we could find and they would restring it. Really? So let me take my three beads back so you can restring it? Bella suggested to come back because they have many more I could purchase. Really?? I'd like start off by saying I've been here a few times in the past couple of months and have never had an issue. When I came in earlier today I had the worst experience I've had in a shop. I asked what I guess was a stupid Question and I was laughed at. And the workers continued to make fun of my question and basically talked about me while I was shopping. I have visited many metaphysical stores and this is probably one of the most underwhelming stores I've experienced. Their crystals are way way way too overpriced which was mainly the reason for my 3 stars. They seem to have a decent book collection, as well as a good amount of incense and Tarot cards. But it just felt like most of the store was filled with overprice crystals in various pieces of jewelry. The three women who worked there were laughing amongst themselves which I wouldn't normally see an issue with but no one even looked up at me the entire time I was there. I went in today and the employee was not wearing a mask. A customer came in and asked if she could have one (because she didn't bring one with her) and the employee said it wasn't required. I had fully intended on making a purchase and have always had good experiences here previously. But it was clear they did not have my health and safety in mind. It's such a small store, that I felt it was very unsafe for me to be there when there were multiple people maskless (employee included). I cannot in good faith support this store when the owner does not wear a mask when ringing people up at the cash register. The sign out front says patrons must wear a mask. The store had been closed for two days for inventory. I left as soon as I saw the owner ringing up people without a mask. It's a small store and they do not limit the number of people in the store. Who knows what safety precautions, if any, the store takes when it stocks the merchandise. The owner shows a blatant disregard for the health and well being of her patrons and most likely her employees. This virus is real and deadly. It's not okay to put people's lives at risk. read more

The heavy set lady with tattoos just stood there while I was waiting to pay. No again, this time it was owner I think talking to another older woman discussing how her employees aren't wanting to work there or come in. In the meantime another customer comes in and she continues to ignore all guest in store to discuss her irritation about employees. So, for clarity I'm going to tell you, the owner, why your having troubles in your store. 1. You won't support your customers by wearing a mask. Shows clearly that you don't care. So people like me who will drop a few hundred dollars at a pop won't support you for that reason. You see its an equal respect thing. 2. You don't acknowledge your customers. Your decided to publicly bash your employees to another employee in front of customers instead of tending to customers. 3. You have no respect for your employees, clearly. 4. Love this place! It's always been my go to for crystals, incense, materials etc. they're also always restocking with new things. Everything is fairly priced and the tarot readers are very good and knowledgeable in their practice (as a tarot reader myself I can validate that they are the REAL DEAL!) definitely better than me haha. I discovered this shop recently and was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of merchandise offered. The prices are reasonable for the most part, but the store is a little cramped inside, especially if there are more than a few other customers present at the same time. I found some great items, but the woman who checked me out did so very slowly. Although she was very nice, I was starting to waver in my head if I really wanted the items so much to wait that long to complete the transaction. I had the worst experience there today AND it wasn't the first time. I went in with a friend to purchase a gift for her daughter's friend. I'll just say this. The person helping us was absolutely wonderful. It was her first day and she went out of her way to find us what we needed. Bless her. She was GREAT!! I walked into the store to overpowering incense and a middle aged, dark brown hair woman who was berating and complaining about the "lazy Greeks who all want full pensions and retirements at 40" and how "Greece is leeching off the EU". I have been a very faithful shopper at this store. They have really great stones and candles in this store. I have never had to return anything because everything is great. I usually shop online for my stones and candles, which is cheaper but i decided to shop here because it's just up the street. I brought a bunch of candles and i brought this one Selenite pencil, it was wrapped in plastic, so i really didn't pay any attention to the point part of the pencil until i got home and unwrapped and saw that that the point was broken. So i called, and i ask could i change it, because i just notice that the point is broken, but instead of having great customer service and said yes, i remember you just left like a second ago, so just bring it back. But instead, you sound like she was accusing me of breaking it, like what the hell?!?!?!? She said " it wasn't broken when i had it in my hand" but she didn't look at it like i didn't look at it, so how did she know that a small point was broken unless you really look at if?!?!? I'm giving this one star for their candles and incense, but their customer service needs work. It's sad to say that i will not shop at this store again, im very disappointed because i really love this store, and i shop there at least 3 times a week. I found another place where i can get a new Selenite Pencil, so im not going to worry about it. But it's a shame. It clearly state on the receipt that i can return for store credit, but i really didn't want my money back, i just wanted a new pencil that's all, but i guess. read more

I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. This "small business" sell's damaged products that break within one night when it was not even worn. I came in right after the next day asking for an exchange/replacement/ refund. It didn't even have to be equal value I was fine with it being a cheaper crystal. They told me no because they "cant resell it". So I've now wasted $60 on something and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. read more

From my experience, one star. I purchased three bracelets and other items few weeks ago. One of the bracelet string started come apart. So, I called the store on 9/28/21and I explained what was going on with the bracelet in question. The lady, Erin, that answered the phone told me to bring bracelet to the store and they will restring it. I took the bracelet in today and to my surprise the helper was not courteous nor professional. She was joined by Erin that I expected to be a bit professional but she was as rude as the helper. Nice little shop, with some nice people working there. They have some unique products that I haven't seen before. I was excited to see a clearance rack, but a little disappointed when I realized it was basically all their broken or damaged products. It would have been nice to see non broken things on sale. One of the male readers approached me to see if I wanted a reading. He went through 10-15 different types of readings he does, which I thought was a lot compared to other people. He also tried to guess my zodiac & was way off even after 2 guesses. Those signs weren't even my moon or rising. He just seemed inauthentic. read more
