Red snapper fillet with butter and tostones and salad Filete Chillo al ajillo y tostones y ensalada

We arrived around 7:00 for dinner and were seated immediately near the bar. There is seating outside as well. Our waitress promptly came over and greeted us and asked for our order. We ordered drinks first, passion fruit juice and limeade. They were served in mason-type jars and both drinks were perfect, not too sweet or overloaded with ice. There were many dishes we wanted to try, they all sounded yummy! My hubby ordered breaded shrimp with tostones and I chose the red snapper filet with butter and tostones. I was just wondering when our order would arrive and then the server brought our plates. His shrimp was prepared perfectly, not too much breading or over cooked. It was tender and served butterfly style. My filets had onions and peppers along with the butter, just enough to add some extra flavor. It was perfect, flakey and tender. I definitely recommend this place as a good stop for seafood. Parking was next to the restaurant away from the busy street out front

Not that good. Mosquitoes and stray dogs everywhere. Food was not tasty at all. However, staff was attentive.

We were also addicted to the parcha lemonade. That is a must-order. The empanadillas are awesome and I couldn't get enough of the pork (Order the mofongo with broth and fried pork!) We both fell in love with the town and with this restaurant. The staff were really nice, too. But, honestly with food this good I would have been back anyway. lol

When the Churrasco Mofongo ($27.99) finally came out, the portion size was surprisingly small and did not reflect the price at all. For nearly $28, I expected a much more substantial serving and better overall value. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I also ordered four pastelitos at $2.99 each, and those ended up providing more food and better value than the $27.99 Churrasco Mofongo. It's hard to justify paying nearly $28 for an entrée when a few appetizers totaling less than half the price leave you feeling like you received more for your money. To make matters worse, the staff was largely inattentive throughout the visit. It was difficult to get anyone's attention, there were no updates regarding the long wait, and customer service felt like an afterthought, only because the question "Can I have an update on my order" was asked to the staff. A 44-minute wait can be understandable during busy times, but keeping customers informed goes a long way, especially when multiple families sat, ate, and left before receiving the order. Overall, despite the churrasco mofongo tasting really good, between the excessive wait time, the lack of attentiveness from staff, and the disappointing portion size, I left feeling that the meal was not worth the price. I hope management takes a closer look at both the service and the value being provided to customers.

The food was absolutely incredible, without a doubt the most flavorful meal we had all week, and honestly one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. Order the chicken... WOW! Every bite was packed with amazing flavor. The service was truly exceptional. One of our servers, Allen, was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He took the time to talk with us & he didn't seem rushed. The teamwork among the staff was amazing to watch. There was a gentleman constantly walking through the dining room clearing plates the moment we were finished, keeping everything spotless without ever interrupting our meal. Everyone worked together so seamlessly, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they do. While we waited for our food--which actually came out super fast for PR--our daughters loved spending time down by the beach area. It was the perfect way to keep them entertained while we relaxed. And the view... photos simply don't do it justice. We had no idea just how breathtaking the setting and ambiance would be until we experienced it in person. If you're in Rincón, La Copa Llena is a must-visit!!

Unlike your typical Puerto Rican restaurants on this island, this restaurant is pretty white washed, so expect to be treated like it's mainland USA and they expect you to treat them the same. Water is not free. They'll bring you fancy water and charge you $5 for it. For food we got the Fish Curry ($32), Orecchiette Pasta ($28), and Tapa Poke ($20). The one dish not worth getting is the Tapa Poke as the portion is essentially bite size and you're paying $20. The others were pretty good, no complaints.
