I wouldn't really consider it authentic but that's the point when you go somewhere like this for Chinese food. You want cheap, abundant, fill you up till you throw up, americanized Chinese food. The numbing spiciness level is on a authentically intense level. Although I had no problem with that, people who are not used to the real spice levels with this cuisine may need to be emphasize low spiciness or no spiciness when ordering. Fresh peppers instead of dried peppers are used and both dishes tasted superb. If you are not from Canada, remember to order white rice as it is not included.
