Unfortunately it was awful. We were sat on the enclosed porch. We had Christmas music blaring so loud that you had to shout. (Someone later unplugged the speaker.) The temp on the porch reached 79, which was quite uncomfortable. We waited about 45 minutes for our food. And, boy was it awful. Frozen pancakes, frozen biscuits, ok gravy, ok casserole and really good sausage links. No serving utensils for anything - had to use my fork to get gravy. No butter. I will say, the place is decorated really well. Top marks for that. As far as food service - this place has no idea what they're doing. All in all - you'd be better off getting a room at the Hampton Inn. It would be cheaper and the breakfast is better. Guess you have to determine how much you're willing to pay for a photo of your kids with the Grinch. (Which we didn't get because we were so hot and uncomfortable.)

Despite being a mobile, events-only coffee shop (they've only been around since the summer of 2025!), their setup was incredibly polished and trendy. They clearly put a lot of thought into their presentation, making the mobile espresso bar feel just as professional as any brick-and-mortar shop. I ordered the Man in Black latte, one of their signature drinks--a combination of blackberry and vanilla. The description promised "timeless and classy," and it delivered. The espresso was smooth and pleasant, thankfully lacking the sour notes I often find at other local shops. The blackberry flavor was wonderfully forward but was beautifully rounded out by the creamy vanilla notes. It was an absolute delight to sip on this hot latte while enjoying the crisp fall air. The service was charming. While the speed was about what I expected with a line, the two women working the tent were incredibly welcoming and engaging. They happily shared parts of their business story as I gushed about their cute and professional setup, answering all my questions with a smile. Their genuine enthusiasm added a lovely personal touch to the experience. Their pricing is quite reasonable for a high-quality, specialty drink. Lattes are a standard price point at about $6 for, I believe, a 12-ounce size. If you're looking for value, their Americanos are only $3, and their lemonades are a steal at $2. The staff member working the bar was helpful with letting us know how ordering works, but she is the only customer facing member that you'll see (at least in our time there). They open the bar to grab a drink while you're waiting (spoiler, you're gonna be waiting a while), so that's nice. Onto the burrito, it was actually pretty good! We got a Meaty Rito that had pretty good flavor between the salsa and chorizo, and the bacon was a surprise considering it wasn't listed in the description. The cilantro cream was quite good and complimented the burrito nicely. Now, you may be asking yourself, "Travis, why is your review only 2 stars if the food was so good?"...well, I'll tell ya why. The only way to order is online, even if you show up in person. This means that everyone is placing online orders even if they aren't there yet, causing a backup of orders. There is no first come, first serve, so unless you order your burrito as soon as orders open at 10am, you'll be waiting forever. We noticed a pickup order had a 15 minute wait, so we decided to walk in and order instead. In the 3 minutes it took us to walk in and sit down, the estimated wait went from 15 minutes to 45 minutes despite there only being 4-6 people in there with us. Since there is no priority for people actually at the location, we were left sitting there for 40 minutes waiting on 1 burrito while they continued to call out orders for people that weren't anywhere to be found. The fact that they don't prioritize people that are physically there and waiting left a bad taste in my mouth. Others in the restaurant were also pretty upset with the wait since there was seemingly no one else there and they had to wait forever for a burrito despite being there and ready for it. Normally, I would've thought it was just a bad day for them and they were behind, but I actually attempted to try this pop-up once before back in May or June and it was even worse. I walked in thinking I could order in-person, but was left sitting at a table wondering why the QR code at the table wasn't working. It turns out they were super behind and paused orders to try to catch up, but they were still allowing people to walk in and sit down without notifying them that ordering was paused. I waited 45 minutes and they never reopened ordering in that time. I thought this was just a bad day for them, but it did ruin my Saturday morning plans. After this most recent experience, though, it tells me that they have not really thought this concept through and continue to repeat the same issues over and over again without a fix. I also understand that there are only 1 or 2 people in the kitchen, but for a pop-up that has shown so much popularity you would think they would be better organized or ask for more help. Or at the very least, set up a proper ordering system that prevents them from falling so behind so quickly. While the burrito is good, I've had 2 of my Saturday mornings start off on a bad foot because they don't prioritize their customers. They just collect orders and hope everyone is okay waiting forever for a burrito while watching orders for people who aren't even there sit on the shelf. If they can figure out the ordering and prioritization of their customers, I may try it again, but until then I would rather get my burrito somewhere where they actually think about their customers' experience.

We the crowd they draw and social media influencers they have promoting them, you would think they would be prepared better or have a check in system to prioritize customers in the building. I came in to order yet again, and was told to come back when Ray was in, I did just that but yet he could not see me! If you don't want the business then just say NO!! I came in from May through August doing what was asked to set up my order to be met with different issues every single time! I met his wife today and she "apologized" and told me she was unsure if she could fulfill my order or not and wasn't sure when she would know! AND THIS IS HOW Y'ALL DO BUSINESS?! Just close already because you clearly don't know what you're doing and don't know how to do business and it gets to the point where it becomes disrespect to play with your customers!! She made it very clear that many catering customers were displeased! Now I see why so many people don't fool with y'all!! Shut this mf DOWN!!
