For a business that specializes in restaurant equipment, I expected at least a basic level of quality control before selling items to customers. When I reached out to request a replacement, they refused and instead suggested that it might be the outlet in my restaurant. I had already tried the refrigerator in multiple outlets and when I informed them of that, they still refused to replace the refrigerator and instead offered to send out a technician. That response felt inadequate given that the refrigerator never worked in the first place. I didn't pay for a repair project - I paid for a working refrigerator. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with Mr. V's which makes this situation more frustrating. Based on my experiences, and what I have heard from others, they seem to have a reputation for selling equipment that doesn't work as it should. Overall, the lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right has left a bad impression. I would not recommend purchasing equipment from this company unless you are prepared to deal with similar issues.

Use the self checkout and it works just fine. I love that they have the gun that you can use. I wish that you had an option to do multiple items on the screen, rather than having to scan each item individually. I will say that their shopping carts are very old and rickety. Nonetheless, I would go here again because it's the only big box store in the neighborhood.
