He showed up the next day, checked the drive train and electronics, and told me that replacing all of the worn components and overhauling the transmission would cost about 1/3 the price of a new washer. He came when he said he would and rebuilt the insides of the washer. That was a month ago and the washer has worked and sounded like new since Dion fixed it. He was right on with his estimate. A+ Appliance Service is at the top of my go-to list for kitchen and laundry machine problems.

It was also delivered to my house in a matter of hours. The delivery men were extremely friendly. They removed my old dryer and hauled it away and then installed my new one. The front door on the dryer needed to be reversed and they did that for me as well. They also noticed that the door leading into my laundry room was messed up and they fixed that as well, free of charge. I was thankful for that as I'm not very handy when it comes to things like that. Further, I've had Mike come out to my house a time or two to fix a problem I've had with a refrigerator. He is a very nice man and he has always been able to fix the problem at a fair price. If you're in the need of appliances, I highly recommend Mitchell Appliances to you. They are fairly priced and their customer service is top notch.

My next problem was the washer leaving lint on my clothes. I have made four (4) calls thus far to no avail! Now, all I get is voicemail, I leave a message and get no response what so ever! So, I suppose they just use the 90 day warranty to get you to make the purchase from them and then they do not honor the warranty! Beware before you make a purchase from this company!
