The atmosphere was inviting, and the restaurant was clean both inside and outside. It was clear that they take pride in providing a pleasant experience for their customers. The food was so good. I enjoyed the catfish, coleslaw, greens and hushpuppies. Everything was to my liking. I will definitely be returning to Shivers Fish House. If you visit, ask for Tess--you won't be disappointed! The collard greens were seasoned just right and were so good that we kept requesting more for the table. My son and I shared the fried seafood platter with catfish, shrimp, and oysters. It also came with a side, and I chose the baked potato. Everything was cooked perfectly. The catfish was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, the shrimp were large and flavorful, and the oysters were delicious. There was plenty of food for both of us, making it a great value. The combination of friendly service, delicious food, and affordable prices makes this a place we'll definitely return to next time we're in Crystal Springs.
