Came down for a random trip, had the best time! This restaurant is located on a private property and is small, but full of fun! Israel our server made our night. We celebrated a birthday., sang karaoke with other patrons at the establishment and had a blast. Food was excellent! Margaritas were delicious and strong (fuerte!). Chicken was tender, seafood was fresh and I wanted the avocados to keep on coming! Highly recommend if you are on the property, do be aware that it closes at 10pm. Plan your time here accordingly. If you have a big party, I'd avoid certain times in the case of not having enough seats. 8pm to closing is usually the time to go! read more

Unfortunately, the restaurant is not open to the public, which was disappointing. I would have loved the opportunity to try the food. Since I was unable to go inside, I cannot comment on the service, ambiance, or overall dining experience. Hopefully, they will be open to the public in the future. read more

This restaurant is located in the La Paloma tennis resort and condominiums that were staying at. The service was amazing. Our server name was Israel. He sang karaoke with us and treated us great the food was good but unfortunately I did not take a picture of my shrimp Diablo, but it was really good but extremely spicy. My wife had the steak and baked potatoes as you can see in the picture the baked potatoes are different from what we're used to in America but it was pretty good all in all this restaurant is good and convenient, especially if you're staying at the La Paloma the server Israel has great energy and he also recommended a cab service and places to go shopping and eat for our trip for that were thankful and we really enjoyed this place. We are staying in La Paloma and got in kind of late last night. We didn't want to go far so we ate at this little restaurant near our hotel room. The service was excellent, I feel like they treated us quite special and it felt like a hometown spot where our friends work. The food was really good! We had the shrimp cocktail, which ended up being shrimp, ceviche, sliced avocados on top chips and crackers, and it was citrusy, very lightly spiced (my partner is a slice wimp!), and super fresh. We Paired that with the shrimp pasta, and that was surprisingly delicious as well. The pasta was cooked a bit al dente, which is how we like it, lots of shrimp, with a really nice marinara sauce. The marinara sauce would not heavy, so it complemented the shrimp in the pasta really well. For Beverages, Daniel made me a special margarita. I don't do tequila very well, so he made a strawberry margarita, light on the tequila, heavy on the grand mariner. It had a little Tajin on the rim, a sliced orange and it was refreshing and delicious. The prices are hotel expensive though. So we ended up spending $50. I do remember Mexico being a place where you can get inexpensive food, but I guess not here. I mean, we got one appetizer one meal and two beverages. Israel, Israel, you provide fenomenal service and your food is quite delightful! This is the second time I eat here and Israel recommended exactly what I was craving! This quaint little venue is for La Paloma guests which allows one to feel safe and attended to. Chilaquiles, oatmeal with fresh bananas, and bacon and eggs with salsa were oh so perfect. Oh! I've been visiting this place for years now and they have recently changed the menu and the layout. We always make sure to stop by after 2pm as of favorite Waiter is serving and making you feel like family.All dishes are made to order and I haven't had a bad meal yet. Simple menu, small restaurant. This place is located inside the La Paloma resort, but you can eat at the restaurant without visiting/staying at the resort. This place has a small playground just outside the restaurant along with Outdoor seating. I like the fish tacos and the shrimp cocktail as well. My kids like the nachos and the wife love the Chili Relleno. The prices a reasonable and portions and good. So if you're looking for simple Mexican cuisine, this is it. Maybe breakfast is your better bet for this place, I had the dinner steak and shrimp and it was just ok. Nothing special, the meat was tuff. The shrimp were good. It came with a baked potato with butter only. The veggies are frozen and quickly heated up so those were not good. read more

We stopped by after reading the great reviews. we weren't allowed in however, the security guard first said that it was only for people staying at their rentals.I didn't see anything about that on other reviews or anywhere online so I called in. The guy that answered said the same: We are open only for people that rents from us. However, the security guy later said to park outside and walk-in. mmm well I was on the phone with whomever answer and said no that the guard was wrong. I said ok and proceeded to drive off their entrance. I saw 4 locals park outside and walk-in. Fun small restaurant at the La Paloma resort, right next to the front parking lot and management office. The waiters all speak English and the menus are printed in both languages, can ring up bills in dollars or pesos, takes credit cards too. Has a mix of typical American dishes and popular regional dishes. The morning guy is Wright, quick and very good friendly service, good coffee, and all our eggs and other dishes came out as requested. I got the La Paloma omelette, with hashed potato and tortillas. The evening guy is Israel, great sense of humor and joking, gets to know everyone and very friendly. Many dinner entrees come with a side garden salad and tortilla soup, very tasty and recommended. I got a bowl of an anise seafood with shrimp, fish, mussels, and octopus in a tomato broth, yummy and a Caesar salad. Most of our group got the mixed fajitas, tender and yummy, served with rice and avocado with salsa. One friend got the fruit platter - gorgeous presentation of half a pineapple with mango, and several other fruits layered on top. For desert, there is a fresh made flan, cakes and pie, and a freezer of local ice creams. I got the elote - a creamy corn flavored ice cream wrapped in corn silk, rich and creamy! The menu was daunting but Israel heard me revisiting the menu and realized I am vegan. He offered me some off menu options. I opted for the mushroom fajitas. Amazing! Great gem of a restaurant at our Worldmark resort. How convenient to have such a great place right there. Just walk from your condo and get great food, service and prices. Big selection to choose from. The BEST reason to come here is ISRAEL. He is amazing!!! SO friendly and helpful. a sincerely great person we had the pleasure to meet and speak to many times while staying there. He is affectionate with hugs and a very informative gentleman. Tip him well, he deserves it. I highly recommend you get a nice chilled bottle of Blanc de Blancs and sit on the patio with chips, pico de gallo and guacamole and just chat with someone special. The chilequilas and enchiladas are great! If you are not a wine person try a Corona, it's a requirement here! Lol!!! read more

We had dinner here the first night of our stay at La Paloma. The seafood pasta was good; the chili relleno and enchilada with the combo plate were good, but the carne asada, though seasoned well, was a bit overcooked and tough. Unfortunately, although on the menu, they did not have margaritas which would have been very refreshing. We tried breakfast a couple days later. The huevos rancheros and omelet were good (not great). The service was a little slow for both meals, but didn't really expect anything to be speedy. Nice atmosphere with outside seating. read more

We arrived in WorldMark La Paloma late afternoon and didn't want to roam around for food. Luckily there is Mama Mia on premise. Service from waiter Israel was delightful, making us feel at home right away, and we had a couple of good laughs from him pulling jokes at us. The mushrooms starter were very tasty - possibly the best prepared mushrooms we ever had. In addition we had a fish filet and jumbo shrimp. All tasty. Recommended! read more
