First meal in the Canary Islands! Stopped by on our way to the resort from Tenerife North airport…read moreto Adeje in the South. Conveniently located off the hwy with a parking lot. Resto is good for tourists as menu comes in many languages. Paper placemat is a map of the island. Sangria uses fresh fruit displayed in a case when you walk in. Good sign. Definitely not on the dry side. Fruit was so tender and sweet, it was like candy. Good sized seafood menu. I got the Langostinos al Grill (grilled king prawns). Well seasoned, but slightly (just tiny bit fishy). Hubs got the fish of the day. They called it Dorado but looked different than what we know it to be. Tender and clean, cooked great. Food takes a while to come out. Unless you're getting stuff like the breakfast plate--rice, egg, fries, and sausage. Service is on the slower side, but not unreasonable or horrible. Small dinner cost us 33 Euros, tip and tax included. Not bad at all. Solid, but not life changing. If you're staying in the area, stop in. But, no need to go out of your way to make it worth your while.

The menu is nicely varied, and tastes extremely well. All the waiters are very quick and very friendly. A place to eat, that is for sure!

Pastries good! Service hit or miss…read more Went there two days in a row. First day everything was impeccable. Second day mediocre. English is not a language they understand. However when you point to what you want... they give you what they think you should have.. very disappointing. Both days had churros and chocolate. Day 1 chocolate was thick and creamy. Churros crispy and just right. Day 2. Didn't want churros but they served it anyways. Churros mushy and limp. Chocolate watered down. More like milk with a little bit of chocolate. Had the mini palmentos covered in chocolate. Yum! Crispy and good crunch! Loved it. Got that one to go... Good food but they might not get you what you want....

The reason I come here is only for the pan de chocolate. I'm not one that has much interest in sweets, but this is an exception. It's bread, but bits of chocolate and orange in it. And it is spectacular! The location near the beach really should be avoided sometimes. The waiting staff is so rude and mean. We ask if they can heat the bread and cut it for us. They reply... We will not cut it for you then serve us with a butter knife. Not easy to cut! But this location will heat and cut it for you. Then serve with a smile! ====== Just wanted to update my review. The last time I came here they wouldn't serve me. I have no idea why, but it think it's cause i'm a gringo or thought to be tourist. I stood there for 10 minutes being ignored while the girls talked. Some guy came in, they served him. I was invisible! Then they continued to ignore me. So I asked my friend to go in and order me a coffee to see what happens. He got served. So they're banned! I'm going to the Panaria on the beach! Don't know if this is a one off... Maybe this girl got fired or something. But I feel this was racism! I'm a paying customer too!

It's a simple and amazing place with homemade food. They serve great breakfast burritos and their coffee is excellent. The staff were all very nice. We really enjoyed our time here and the food. Definitely remedied our hangover with their juices they make fresh as well!! The ingredients are fresh and they prepare everything fresh and with love. It was a pleasure to be a guest in this restaurant and I would definitely recommend it!
