Oh the ham was so good, big pieces and wonderfully textured. We each added a poached egg, because why not. Potatoes and a small fruit cup also on the plate. A maple butter for the fruit was absolutely amazing, but no way to eat all of it and I felt bad for the wastage of something so delicious. I say that because it had finely minced carrots and celery (I think) in it which I've seen in recipes for bolognese but don't typically see in home or commercially prepared spaghetti sauces in the US. I would have appreciated some grated cheese on top of it or available to add myself but none was offered and I opted not to ask.
