I say that because it had finely minced carrots and celery (I think) in it which I've seen in recipes for bolognese but don't typically see in home or commercially prepared spaghetti sauces in the US. I would have appreciated some grated cheese on top of it or available to add myself but none was offered and I opted not to ask. Overall I think this is a good example of a mid-level cafe type eatery. Not fine dining but not a greasy spoon either.
