Writing this review solely based on their pricing. Full disclosure, I did not use this company for a repair. I saw they were a mobile repair company so I contacted them for a repair estimate. I sent them their requested photos of the damage, they got back to me in a timely manner. They said my bumper was not repairable and quoted $1400- $1700 for a new bumper. I called on of their competitors who gave me an estimate for almost $1000 less and said yes the bumper could be repaired. I went with said competitor and saved over $1000 by NOT USING BUMPER TIME. The repair from the other company I used turned out perfectly, you can't even tell there was damage. To anyone thinking about using this mobile service, I'd do your research and look elsewhere. Mary is God-sent! I got a small, dinky little paint chip on my car. Literally like a couple grains of rice. I've called around, sent pictures, they all quote about $700. I said I just wanted to make sure it gets fixed so it doesn't get worse. Mary was the ONLY one who suggested to simply get paint pencil from Toyota and call it a day. She said it won't be that pretty, but it will get the job done. If I go with them, they will buff out the entire section, she explained everything thoroughly so it made sense why the charge the amount. I asked more about the paint pencil and she walked me through how to ask Toyota, what to do, what to watch out for... $40 later, problem fixed! I basically didn't want to leave the paint cracked because it will cause rust, so that's what I was avoiding. I sooooo appreciate the alternative she gave, which lost her the business, but absolutely gained a future customer! I will definitely come to her if I actually need something done and highly recommend her for her honesty and best customer service practices! read more

I have a 2024 model 3 stealth grey had some deep scratches on the door and these guys came out to my house after a scheduled appointment and within 2 hours fixed it to where I can't even tell where the damage was and paint is spot on. If this hold true doesn't crack or fade or whatever then I'm not worried about getting scratches anymore. Customer service is also good. If you have a model 3 go ahead and use these guys. Brought in my wife's car (Lexus RX350) and my van (Ford E250) for some minor body repairs. On car removed multiple small fender dents and scratches/damage on the front and rear bumpers, repainted the rear spoiler. On van they had to clean up surface rust under a previous large emblem on the rear cargo door and repaint the lower area of the rear cargo door. Both vehicles look much better now. Steadman did an EXCELLENT job of repairing a gouge some inconsiderate boob decided to inflict on my drivers rear door. The gouge was through the paint and about an inch and a quarter long. I know where the gouge was and can't find it! The paint match was spot-on. I couldn't recommend Bumper Time, and Steadman enough!
