I had absolutely no hard feelings-- it's just important to find a hair stylist that is right for you. Knowing Sarah doesn't yet have children, I posted in my local mom group simply asking for a few recommendations. I never wanted to hurt her feelings, but I still wanted local suggestions so I figured this was a safe bet to get some recommendations. The next day, just one hour before my scheduled appointment with Sarah, after a harrowing time trying to arrange childcare (I have 3 kids and work full time) I received a text from her thanking me for working with her and wishing me "good luck." Next, I immediately received a text confirming the cancellation of my upcoming appointment. I was leaving for a trip just a few days later. I ended up traveling with really faded, grown out hair and I now have to wait another month to book with anyone decent in town. Honestly, it was really disappointing how she handled this. I'm a business owner too, and if someone isn't satisfied with my services I do my best to understand why and figure out what I can do to help either a) resolve the issue or b) support the transition. Having my appointment cancelled against my will and then having to waste time scrambling to find someone else when a simple conversation could have taken its place was really disheartening. Sucked, tbh.

I come away looking much better than when I went in. Like magic-grin. Happy and better is always a great combo. Pricing seems very fair to me (I think they could charge a lot more) and I always look forward to the appointment. I think a lot of men would feel a lot better about themselves if they were to allow a pro like Linda to cut their hair. I recommend her without reservation.

Jesus Christmas, this salon is a mess of molasses in winter time. Maybe it's Medford. Maybe they just hire super slow people from the resource center. They left bleach powder on my mother's head and just gave her a baby wipe to clean it .. didn't even style it. There's horrible banding all through out her head. That's not even the worst part. Kedall spees who did her hair burned her scalp. The only thing she could get back was a tip for burning her scalp. Need a another reason ? She said she felt like there was conditioner still left along her hair with it feeling stringy. Her hair felt so stiff and like a dried noodle. I'm praying her hair doesn't fall out but this is absolutely unacceptable horrible guest experience for my mother. Will be expecting a full refund for the damage she's caused.
