She did not even wet my hair. I have naturally frizzy/curly hair if you comb through it dry it tangles and frizzes even more. She just picked through it aggressively and about half way through she put some (what I thought was) anti frizz cream on the top only and continued to pick through, trimming the overgrown layers. By the end my hair was poofy and frizzy on the bottom and oily on the top. My layers were trimmed but I did not get my bangs. She was behind schedule and her 6 o'clock appointment had already been waiting so I said it was fine and paid. My husband got cut at the same time by another stylist and his turned out great but I will not be going back to Mary.
