All homemade syrups! I specifically enjoy pistachio, so when I found out they made their own syrups I broke up with Starbucks. Also a great place for anyone with a gluten allergy/sensitivity. The owner has a family member (their child I believe) who has celiac, so they are extra careful with preparation of food. They also bring in amazing gluten free pastries! read more

I recently stopped by with my son and was impressed. The vibe of space was great, they had many different seating areas and the Whitman location is basically all windows so it's so bright. We both got espresso drinks which were incredible, strong and deeply flavorful with zero bitterness. My son had a ham egg and cheese on a bagel and I had their Josie made veggie cream cheese on an everything bagel. Both delicious. The bagels were chewy just how a real bagel should be, not just bagel shaped bread. The ham was nice and thin and the veggie cream cheese was very flavorful and well seasoned. The staff were very friendly and they have cute merch too. I work about ten minutes away and I plan on making this my go to coffee spot now and can't wait to try more things on the menu. read more

I stopped into Whitman's Restoration just yesterday to visit with a friend over coffee. To begin, this space is clean and truly charming. Though I can only comment on their STELLAR coffee, the service and atmosphere was efficient and soothing. No loud soundtrack, no employees calling to eachother, no clang-clang-clang while coffee drinks were being prepared. It was delightfully peaceful. I'm genuinely looking forward to visiting again soon. read more

Been here a few times - great coffee each time, love trying something new with each visit. I'm a big fan of the vegan vanilla sweet cream on top of an iced coffee! Also, i've been told by the staff that all of the flavors are dairy free! Today I tried the completely vegan Garden Bagel, with vegan cream cheese. I dare you......Try Restoration Coffee once and you will be hooked. No more Dunks, Honey Dew or Mary Lou's. The employees are a pleasant and make the coffees exactly the way you ask. There are plenty of tables with people hanging around enjoying their coffee and food while working on their laptops or having conversations with friends. My two favorite drinks there are The Paige & The Courtney. The flavor of the coffee is suck an amazing flavor and a deep rich taste. The full bodied coffee with an delicious aroma is made with freshly roasted beans and there is such and amazing balance of sweetness, bitterness & acidity. I haven't had the food yet, but the menu looks like a great option if healthy and guilty items. I will be back soon! read more

True to their word, open exactly and promptly at 6am on weekdays. Which does make standing outside hoping for that pre commute coffee the 15 minutes before that really silly on my part. But hey...a nurse can dream! That being said. Service is always the pillar at resto. Everyone is extremely Kind. Attentive. Never flustered by the large crowds that sometimes develop. The coffee is solid when ya get it right as it comes out. Toast options are plentiful And they're always supporting local business owners: shout out to the hot sauce collection and hand crafted mugs. While visiting family in Massachusetts, we were staying at my sisters house and I had a few of my girlfriends coming down with their kids. We were looking for a cute coffee shop to grab some coffee and a little bite to eat while we caught up and the kids played. We received a few, local suggestions, one of which we landed on Restoration Coffee. Such a great choice. Not only is the coffee great but the food is good too. They have a great breakfast menu with a variety to choose from, as well as a really fun, cool environment. They had the whole place decorated for Christmas. We had a lot of photo ops with my girlfriends and I and our kids right in front of the tree. The place was busy. We were lucky to even get a table. It's not very big. It's located in the downtown area. Parking is available on the street. I got the Bob Marley bagel. I loved everything about it except for the sweet jam that was on it. I'm not really someone who likes to mix sweet and savory, But it might be good for some people. My husband got the sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and my son got the avocado toast. We were all happy with our food. It came out very quickly. I didn't get a coffee, but my husband loved his! Overall, I would come back here in a heartbeat, and I will. Adorable. read more

So. Good. I am so excited that this cute little coffee shop opened in downtown Whitman. It is bright and sunny, and the perfect place to linger over a coffee and breakfast with a friend. I love the Courtney - a latte with maple, cinnamon and oat milk! It is rich and indulgent, and just the right amount of sweet. My go-to breakfast treat is the Sunrise sandwich - an everything bagel with cream cheese, pesto, greens, and tomatoes. It is creamy, spicy, crunchy, and just the perfect mix of flavors. Restoration Coffee has a nice atmosphere. The interior decorating isn't anything original to be honest, it's got plant-mommy, hipster vibes, but it's a pleasant environment especially if you have some work or reading you want to get done. The staff are kind and welcoming though it is often slow going--if you are in a rush consider ordering ahead of time and hope it's ready when you arrive to pick it up. The coffee itself is okay, still pretty weak for my taste. I've tried all of their special coffees and have had my usual black iced coffee. I enjoy the Rachel; however the last time I order I couldn't taste even the slightest hint of lavender which is disappointing considering that's the only reason I order it. I haven't ordered any sandwiches, but I have had several different baked goods and all have been very tasty though overpriced. Definitely worth checking out if you have the time. As one reviewer already said, the coffee is better than Dunkin' so why not support local instead? read more

We got an iced mocha latte, a cold brew, and an avocado toast . The coffees were amazing - fresh and strong . My husband said the avocado toast was really great too!
