I'm glad we did because the drinks and pastries were amazing! Even the day old ones at 50% off. There was still a line when we went on a Friday morning, but it moved quickly. It's extremely spacious inside with plenty of parking available. There are other goodies for sale including one of my favorite snacks, the Stellar pretzels, so I had to get a bag of those. I have been frequenting Three Fins since they opened. Initially, I had a love hate relationship. Most of the challenges were around barista behavior and some practices that were not customer friendly. I have since started to visit again and are thrilled to say, I am in love. Tracy, the front end human is amazing. She represents the cafe well with a warm and welcoming presence. Julia and Achmed are the most amazing baristas. There is ample space to work and the setting is conducive to coffee and work. I am not a fan of the pastries, preferring house made but the red velvet cake does look tasty. read more

I love me some coffee. LOVE IT. But I was not impressed by their coffee. A lot of hoopla for coffee that is Starbucks bitter, BITTER. People are nice, and I really wanted to love it. But when my husband dumps his coffee in the trash because no matter what he did, it was terrible, that tells you something. He didn't even want to go back to the counter to have it redone. I was waiting at harbor fox but the line was really long so I came here. Huuuge mistake. The long was medium but it's SOOO slow. I watched people that came after me get their drink before me because they knew the baristas (or something) They have nothing special. For years this was my favorite coffee on the Cape. The last 3 times there things seem to have changed. Each time my espresso was watery and Luke warm, and was not even as good as my Nespresso at home. Plus, they wanted to charge for simple syrup....I have never had that before. My spouse has had the same experience. If the owners read this, please....try and get back to where you were a couple of years ago. three fins is such a delight! the line inside snaked around the whole place when i got there and for good reason too. they have won accolades from cape cod life years in a row as well. the coffee is clearly made with care and respect for the craft, evidenced by the upscale coffee merch and local kombucha that you can check out before ordering. the lavender syrup was great but could be considered too floral for some folks. the seasonal almond joy latte was so good too. definitely wanting to come back! read more

Dinning Area: Pretty large, and open. Free Wi-Fi. Prices: Relatively expensive. $5-6 for a small, $7-8 for a medium, and so on... Parking: Plenty of space, private lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and smaller in size. Atmosphere: During the weekend brunch rush, during the off season. pretty steady. We did not wait at all. I got the point break iced coffee, husband got the London fog, we both ate the spinach & feta pastry, leek & Parm pastry and a couple beignets. The beignets are INCREDIBLE, must have. The pastries were so tasty. Wasn't too impressed with the drinks and thought there would be signature drinks or specialty ones but it was a pretty basic menu. The best coffee place you will find on the Cape. When Dunkin just doesn't cut it, Three Fins is the classic independent coffee shop that we all know and love. What we ordered: Pipeline - Nitro + Chocolate Milk: This was rich and creamy and surprisingly not sweet (which I liked). It was so smooth to drink and was everything I loved about a nitro plus a hint of chocolate. Iced Matcha with Strawberry: A special item that was not on the main menu. I'm usually not a matcha fan because I don't enjoy the grassy taste but you don't get that with this drink. The strawberry flavor added a nice sweetness. Tasted light and fruity. Great for someone who doesn't like coffee. Almond Croissant: above average croissant. Light and flaky. The filling was just right amount of sweetness. Overall nice selection of pastries inside. Inside: It was nice and spacious inside. I felt like I walked inside a Pinterest board with all the beautiful light fixtures, chalk boards, and little antiques. Oh man... It's been three days since I had the pleasure to enjoy their coffee and I'm still thinking about it. The day that we were leaving Cape Cod, we wanted to do the boat rides before heading back home but it was raining, and the forecast said it was going to rain all day so we changed our plans and came here for coffee and to just hang out. This is a great place to do that. Lots of comfortable seating including sofa's, board games, and of course; amazing coffee. I had the harvest moon, which is a seasonal drink made up of pumpkin spice, oat milk, and their house roasted espresso. I don't know if it's the way they roast their beans, but the coffee just has such great flavor. We then ordered a small regular coffee that we were told comes from a mountainous region in Mexico, and that was really delicious too. We ended up buying coffee to take home, and time flew by while we were here, probably stayed close to an hour and half without realizing it. Definitely recommend. read more
