They are so bad I don't even wanna rate them it's one star there is zero for me I had a water…read moredamage which we've been back-and-forth with him an attorney because they stole some other items and destroyed them and didn't respond to arm and broken things at our house it's just been a total nightmare I'm tired of dealing with them at this point he won't Steve won't even talk to me he and my jesters having to go back-and-forth it's nuts

Right now I am having a problem. I already have challenges as a homeowner, but this is just…read moreridiculous. AAA called my insurance company and my insurance company contacted Code Blue and Code Blue contacted First Team Restoration. I will try to keep this as little complicated as possible. When you own a house things take days to weeks to resolve. Last weekend, I noticed an odor while my room mate was away. Room mate comes home and states it is sewage; I tell her it is not sewage because the house would have blown up already. Roto Rooter arrived and verified that it is indeed sink water and the drain for the sink had fallen apart. They come and save the day and fix the pipes. They sprayed bleach to prevent mold and leave one of my box fans in the crawl space. Room mate is convinced I need to call insurance. I tell her it is not going to be covered, but I call anyway just out of curiosity. First Team Restoration was the first sign of a huge miscommunication. I was under the impression that they were coming to have a look-see and tell me what I need to do. She was the first one to tell me that, "There was a flood under the house." No, there were people under there it was just wet under the house. After much conversation they sent Steve to come take a look. I am starting to lose energy at this point and he called me to ask if a bunch of fans were needed. I honestly don't know and I am speechless. He arrives and he smells like he had some drinks. I don't really know if it is the stuff he uses or he went to the bar before he came to my house. He told me verbatim that there is a little puddle of sink water under the house and that they will come back to spray a microbial to kill bacteria and prevent mold. I ask, "How much?" He said the insurance will cover it. At this point I wanted to determine whether it made sense to pay a $1000 deductible or hire them to just clean up a puddle. I try calling around while I was at work the next day. I am sure it was unnerving my boss. Both the insurance company and First Team Restoration was invading my time. Gavin from First Team Restoration called me as soon as I was ready to clock in and I told him it was a bad time. I called First Team Restoration and I get this rude customer service rep named Hailey. She was being rude so I cussed her out. She said in a snarky tone, "Oh, I am sorry Gavin is not available." So I told me to give me her supervisor. She got even more snarky, "I want to know how to appropriately route your call." To your supervisor so you can get fired. She said, "I don't know what you are talking about." I get her name and call them back and give me information for a call back. Hailey clearly needs to be terminated because of the fact that she is rude and I know that she went along and made it impossible for Code Blue to follow up with First Team Restoration. I finally contacted Code Blue and they said that no mitigation was needed and the work is approximately $10 or maybe a little more. I am fine even if it was $100. So, I give the go ahead. Steve did not come back. For all I know he got pulled over and got a DUI. I called Code Blue and we are starting all over again from square one because Hailey could not mind her manners or hold her temper. You absolutely take things out on an upset customer I really don't care what your feelings are when I am upset WITH A SITUATION. If you are dealing with this sort of situation. You do not want First Team Restoration coming to your house. They send drunk contractors and their customer service agents have a short temper. ****UPDATE**** First Team Restoration had attempted to file a fraudulent claim. A different contractor stated that they had stated that sewage was flooding the crawl space. This new contractor saw that there was no standing water and that the crawl space was going to dry in a couple days.
