The inspector came twice and twice was un prepared. We have field mice and rats in the crawl space. ( space underneath the house by the foundation) I had informed them that there is a lot of rodents feces and hazardous to breath to so bring PPE to protect himself. NOPE! He (the inspector) came un prepared. I did not see that he even had measuring tape. He just stuck his head in the Crawl space access and looked around WITHOUT going inside to take ACCURATE measurements. They said the inspection is free. We told them that we thought the inspector did a halfass job. So they already to send him again. And again he did the same. I told me that this 2nd visit will be free because we were not satisfied with the 1st inspection. Buuuut low and behold we got a bill for their 2nd halfass inspection. I was really rooting for them. But they just didn't do the job correctly. I am disappointed. The inspector was pretty cool and nice but just didn't do what he should have done.
