So many services offered at this salon- hair, nails, pedicures, massage and more! Upon walking in, my first impression was "clean". I came in on a Saturday morning for a massage and was greeted right away. I sat down in one of the comfortable chairs by the register and was trying to look to see what hair products they were selling. Didn't have much time though, as I only sat for about a minute until the massage therapist came and greeted me. The massage room is in the back, so I walked through the hair salon, past the washer and dryer (they looked new and high quality, so that was re-assuring), then passed the pedicure stations before entering the room. The massage therapist was super friendly and asked what areas I wanted to focus on. She focused on the pressure points vs rubbing, and afterwards my muscles felt amazing! Pros- clean salon, easy parking (they have their own lot), they were on-time for my appointment, friendly staff too Cons- the pedicures are right outside the massage room, and even though the client was speaking at a normal volume, I could hear the talking from within the room. I will definitely come back here again, next time for a full hour massage instead of a half-hour. A half hour is just too short if you want a full body massage. read more

I can see how walking into the salon, can give the impression that it's a nice location. It's clean, organized. But that can't trump the fact that none of the stylists here can perform their job. I came in for a cut and color, and was basically directed to go a completely different route in what I originally wanted because "that just really wouldn't suit you." There are just two good things about this place that I would recommend. The nail lady, I believe her name is Wendy is very kind and makes your time getting services feel like it's worth the trip here. The other, is upon my arrival I was greeted by the receptionist. I believe she mentioned her name was Sarah, and she was attentive, patient, and even offered coffee or water. I find it very sad that this "Salon" of doom can't even help this girl out while clients were walking in and the phone was ringing off the hook. Don't even get me started on the elderly male who walked in, I believe he was the owner. VERY unkind to his employees. In conclusion, this place is not at all worth the prices they ask for and no way am I supporting a brand who can't treat their workers well. PSA: Do NOT go to this Supercuts version of a salon, I can recommend Elements salon & day spa over here. read more

Living nearby, it was heartbreaking to watch the Sgt. Pepperoni establishment close and the 'FOR SALE' sign to sit for so long. It left us all, in the nearby area, longing to know what was coming and when was it going to come?! It took a while to get over the loss of Sgt. Pepperoni's, for the convenience factor alone. But as the seasons changed, and nothing was happening, we were all discouraged. Then, finally (!), something was happening!!! I have to admit, I wasn't too pleased when I heard the news of a new salon taking over the building that once stood as a pizzeria. Most of us already have our own salons we frequent, so this was something I thought would be useless to me. Conversely, after receiving a gift certificate for Christmas, I finally ventured over for a massage a couple of weekends ago. I called on a Thursday, and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning! One star already for them, and I hadn't even been there yet! I hate when I call other local places for a massage and it is WEEKS before they can get you in. Initially, I was floored when I entered and saw this down right GORGEOUS, ultra-modern, beautifully renovated, luxurious salon and spa. This is right up my alley! Goodbye Sergeant's, I guess I no longer miss you. The massage room was decorated beautifully, with a chandelier hanging from the center of the ceiling. Rose, the massage therapist, did a WONDERFUL job and I was thoroughly impressed and had a relaxing massage. My *only* complaint is that the pedicure chairs are directly outside of the massage room, and I was able to hear another customer on the phone yelling at a tailor about her daughter's dress for the last 15 minutes of my massage. Even over the soothing music, her voice was perfectly audible. read more

Just had my hair done here. The salon is beautiful. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming. I was getting a color and highlights and the stylist studied the picture I brought with me and asked me questions to be she understood exactly what I wanted. I was offered a drink while I was waiting for the color to process and was able to meet some of the other staff there. The end result with my hair turned out great I will definately be returning. I will probably also try some other services too. This is a nice upscale salon and spa with reasonable prices and a great atmosphere. They are a new business and I would recommend giving them a try too. read more

I had an appointment for a pedicure and a gel manicure a few weeks ago. Everyone in the salon was very nice upon my arrival. The woman I had for my service was very friendly and the decor is beautiful. However...I sat in the pedicure chair for 1 hour and 50 minutes....sound relaxing? It was anything but! The pedicure went VERY slow and it was actually very uncomfortable after the first hour. There was hardly any cuticle trimming, minimal scrubbing, and a 30 second massage on each leg. I don't think she had any experience doing pedicures. After the first hour and a half, I decided I would not be staying for the manicure because I just knew that would be another 2 hours!!! I told her I would have to cancel the gel mani because I didn't expect to be there that long. She replied by asking if I was in a rush (I wasn't when I got there 2 hrs ago!). My nails had already been wrapped to get my old gel off so she asked if I could come back later. Ummm definitely not. She removed the gel and walked me to the front to check out. I was appalled when there was a charge added on ($8) to remove the gel off my fingers! I have had numerous mani pedis over the years and have never had one last this long or be this uncomfortable. I know they had just opened but maybe hire people who actually have experience in the services they are providing! read more

highly disappointed in this salon, it's the definition of judging a book by its cover. It's beautiful upon arrival, and clean. I was expecting to have an experience better than other salons I've attended but this is not what I was met with. Not to be blunt, but everyone is walking around with a stick up their assess and makes it almost seem as if it's a chore to have you there. The only pleasant people there are the small blonde, I believe her name is Korena who was incredibly kind and the receptionist who's name is Sarah. Now those are two people who can run a salon. I had some skin care concerns (patchy and dryness) that not a single stylist could assist me with but the girl in front could? I've been using the products and they're amazing by the way. All in all, this place is a huge letdown and you'd waste your hard earned money to get styled here. (Unless you're going for the basic, highlights and bob cut look, go for it.) read more

I love getting my hair done here. Although this is a new business, the girls here are experienced, professional stylists and they care about what they are doing. All of them are experienced and take the time to get to know you and your hair. I followed my stylist from another salon to Restoration and I'm glad I did. Every time I go, there is never an issue or any drama. Beautiful salon, excellent service and no surprises. They are also very respectful of your time. They get you in and out in great time without rushing you or your services. Other salons I've been too, made me feel like they were rushing me out the door. Not here. The exterior of the salon is so appealing, I decided to stop in for a pedicure to try them out. Once inside, I could see the curb appeal flowed right through - the décor is modern & fresh. Although I didn't have an appointment, they were able to accommodate me between scheduled appointments (it was 2:30 on a Thursday). The receptionist was very pleasant & immediately offered me something to drink as the nail tech prepared the chair for me. By the way, I've had a lot of pedicures over the years, but these massage chairs were definitely more comfortable than others I've experienced. I felt completely relaxed. The girl was meticulous and did a great job. I was in & out in about an hour or so, which I feel is pretty reasonable. There was no pressure to run out of the salon with wet toenails like at those "express" places in the mall & shopping plaza. I felt the service was a good value for the price paid. read more
