It's a yoga studio that is meant for all levels of yoga, so don't be intimidated! This is also a place for people with injuries/diseases that make movement more difficult. She always brings up that we should always keep in mind "no pain, no pain". I have progressed so much from her teaching in becoming able to live life pain free. Words cannot describe. Other studios don't give the special attention to each student, this place does and that's why I am only going here now. I am so glad I found her studio!!
