They sent a tech out and he said the temp settings were not correct, adjusted them and said the bill would be $130 which I paid. Well, the temp settings are turned up to maximum cooling and both the freezer and refrigerator have quit working and my food is warm and spoiling. So, I called back and let them know the problem still existed and had gotten worse, and I was told it would be 3 days until anyone could come back. When I told them my food was spoiling and everything would need to be thrown out, he said they were busy and someone in the family had died. OK, I understand that, but how is it my problem? If they had correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem the first time none of the inconvenience to them would exist. I'm sure I'll have a problem getting my money back so preparing for small claims court now.
