Visited their Carmel location and I must say I was impressed. Nice staff with all the same offerings. I will say their space was smaller and the red light room felt tiny. Still great to have them if I can't get into my primary location. I will also say that if you have small veins like me, IV drip sessions are hit or miss. I have been able to do it a few times but not enough times to really utilize the memeber with this offering. I wish they would offer a vitamin shot instead of a drip and you could use your credits. read more

Cryotherapy is the new rage in recovery and wellness! I found this practice while scrolling groupon and decided to give it a try. This practice is located toward the end of a strip mall. Plenty of parking and easy to find the signage for the entry door. The staff were super friendly and greeted me right upon my arrival. My experience was quick and painless! You change in a changing room and then go into the cryotherapy room. You can wear as much or as little as you want. They give you need high socks slippers and a robe. When you go inside of the chamber you trade your robe for oven mittens. You step into an upright metal tube and stand still. They start you at 2 and a 1/2 minutes if it is your 1st time they have you turn every 30 Seconds. Like said, quick and painless. Pro tip: to get out of the parking lot, make sure you find an exit that has a street light. Otherwise, it is impossible to get out of the plaza and take a left due to traffic. read more

Restore came to our office last week and let us try a few of their services. I went with a 15 minute hips compression session (also have legs and arms as an option). It was incredibly relaxing and I felt great afterward. Personally, compression isn't the right wellness routine for me. HOWEVER, I immediately thought of my brother as a better candidate. He has autism and I remembered when he was younger that he would love to go to physical therapy because of a similar compression massage. I brought him in today, and it was a hit! OK this is my second visit and I'm going to give them five stars. Everybody is simply happy, amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable about their jobs. Their cryogenic chamber goes to 245° below zero and for three minutes you get the benefit of not being in pain for days. They decided just throw me in compression. Not sure what it supposed to do so I'll let you know. Today were going to do a cryo-facial. Supposed to take off the first layer of dead skin and boost my collagen. If you seen my skin you will know then I need dead removed and collagen added. I'm also getting the fat injection. Not really sure what that supposed to do. Wow, what can I say? I found a Groupon for whole body cryotherapy and slept on it for a long time being nervous and scared... I had heard about the health benefits and even thought about the super wealthy that use cryogenics to freeze their bodies hoping one day technology can unfreeze them and they can live in the future. .lol all this was going on in my head. Well, I finally took the plunge. I got the deal and made an appointment. Read and signed the waiver and bam I was ready to go.. I voluntarily subjected myself to stand in a chamber with only my undies in -266 degrees Fahrenheit! Ok I also had gloves and socks, but sheesh! I was paired with Ashley and she made the time fly we made small talk and danced to Bruno Mars. I was cold, but didn't really feel it until I was past the 2 minute mark. Those last 30 seconds were the hardest because my legs were frozen lol. The key is to keep moving! And what do you know!?! I've scheduled my second appointment for tomorrow! I was interested in these types of services and found a VIP Special when visiting the website. I called and scheduled appointments for 2 people leveraging the special. When I arrived the person at check-in was not familiar with the special and was trying to sell me something different saying her manager left her a note and she could only do what was on the paper for anyone asking about the special. She had to step away to help another customer and left us waiting. She ultimately did not provide any assistance. We left. We will not be using this establishment. read more

Very professional and well informed staff that answered all our questions in detail. I've been dealing with neck pain for the past month and been to the chiropractor weekly. Did 2 mins in the cryo chamber and all neck inflammation is gone and it was cheaper than going to the chiropractor. Will definitely return at least monthly to help rejuvenate. read more

I am sad to say that this place has gone down hill. Staff on the phone were unprofessional and it continued when we went there for services. No one wants to hear staff members opinions on politics when you are there to heal. The staff here had caused this place to go downhill.
