Plenty of parking and easy to find the signage for the entry door. The staff were super friendly and greeted me right upon my arrival. My experience was quick and painless! You change in a changing room and then go into the cryotherapy room. You can wear as much or as little as you want. They give you need high socks slippers and a robe. When you go inside of the chamber you trade your robe for oven mittens. You step into an upright metal tube and stand still. They start you at 2 and a 1/2 minutes if it is your 1st time they have you turn every 30 Seconds. Like said, quick and painless. Pro tip: to get out of the parking lot, make sure you find an exit that has a street light. Otherwise, it is impossible to get out of the plaza and take a left due to traffic.

I tried out the foot massager but it was too aggressive for my sensitive tootsies so I had to quit that. Haha The nurse who administered the IV explained everything and was so kind and friendly. If you're a first timer, you have to have a virtual visit with a dr before you can receive your IV drip. They go over your medical history and medications you are taking. We came on a Monday afternoon and there was a steady stream of clients coming in for different treatments. Would definitely go again!!

Holly is in charge of the program, and does an excellent job. She keeps her class sizes small, so she's really able to give each individual any needed attention. Whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury you're recovering from, Holly will work with you to modify the workout...which I think is pretty awesome! One of my favorite things about the class is the variety. Whether it's battle ropes, frog jumps, or high-fiving a partner between pushups...each day we do a different combo of excercises...that are challenging, interactive, and fun!
