So immediately I text the number 510 that's been texting me (after hours)that I need to cancel my appointment due to conflict with another. The response was. Cancellations need to be done within 24 hours. A fee will be charged if cancelled less than. Do you wish to continue. Honestly this may be a policy that I was unaware of and have never had an issue rescheduling or canceling appointments in the past. 25+ visits and was on the verge of purchasing a membership for cryo. But because of this type of customer service response it makes me second guess my decision.

A lesion in my spinal cord was causing severe neuropathy in my arms, hands, legs and feet. At one point, I was struggling to walk, could not operate a motor vehicle, and was essentially unable to feel in my hand or my legs. With the help of intensive HBOT (10 treatments over 2 weeks) my symptoms significantly improved and I can now resume most normal activities. HBOT has helped me get better without ANY side effects. She before the therapy did not have enough energy to get out of bed let alone out of the house, it was a huge challenge before to get her up and out of bed. She now has the energy to get up and out of bed every day, to go to hbot therapy, and to do other things like going to see her friends, going to the movies, the beach, out to eat, going for a stroll around the neighborhood, going to museums and the market to pick out groceries, as well as going to the farm to see the animals which she loves, she also has been able to go from being able to walk 20-30 feet or so to being able up walk 6-700 feet all at once with continuous improvement, as well as being able to move her right hand and arm which was previously paralyzed before therapy, the hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination with the red light therapy truly has been a blessing, and had given her the hope and capability of making a full recovery, giving her the tools she needs to claw her way out of her wheel chair and back to independence.
