They call it the solution for a reason. They have different options, including one for a hangover. I get the best one which is called the ultimate, and cost $199. The staff is very friendly. They put you in a private room with this comfortable reclining chair, & a TV to watch where you're waiting for your IV to be finished. The whole process takes between 15 minutes and 30 minutes. I had my first appointment at The Solution yesterday, (they were super accommodating as I had to reschedule last minute). The front of office girl and nurse were both really sweet and welcoming but I didn't have the best experience. Shortly after my IV treatment began, a small group came in for treatments. I checked on the progress of my bag a couple of times and noticed when it was almost done. I kept thinking that someone would come check in but after 45 minutes...still no one. My bag was empty and I continued to wait and enjoy the quiet time. But I guess too much time passed because several minutes later, I looked down at the IV in my arm and the tube was filing up with blood. Feeling slightly panicked, (not knowing if this was supposed to happen) I unhooked my IV bag and brought it to the front desk. She was on the phone but looked surprised when I came out with a blood filled IV. She quickly turned the dial and assured me the nurse would come see me soon. A few more minutes passed and the nurse finally came in. She said she promised this was normal and apologized for the wait as she got caught up with the other patients. The treatment went fine and nothing was "wrong" but I was surprised that they let the bag go empty for as long as it did and that I had to go out and find help when I started bleeding! read more

Incredible customer service and easy to book an appointment! I had a horrible migraine as well as a lingering cold, got the Ultimate solution and felt sooooo much better. Migraine was down and the hydration and glutathione were great at reducing inflammation. Natalie warmly welcomed me as a new customer and helped me determine what solution to select. I love that you have a private room with a reclining chair and they even provide charging cables for your phone or you can watch TV. I was pretty run down and dehydrated after having flu, so decided to contact IV Solution... Natalie whom initially took my call kindly explain the IV options and quickly scheduled me on a same day... Chelsea, the nurse was so friendly and even took extra time beyond after the closing time to make sure that I get right amount of IV.. I had 'Ultimate' solution which included Vit C, B-comp, B12, Lysine, Glysine, magnesium, and glutathione... just mins after the IV, I felt better.. I am so happy I found this place on google! I am from Alaska and I have been traveling like crazy for work. I felt a little jet lagged and was heavily lacking focus and energy. Went here for the covid antibodies test. It was substantially cheaper at $129 than other tests i've seen in the $200 range, and felt safer than standing in line at Exer, CVS, etc. I paid ahead of time and made an appointment. I got to the area earlier than anticipated, gave them a call and they were able to accommodate me earlier. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Kevin at the front desk was super friendly & the gal who took my bloodwork (I didn't catch her name!) was absolutely wonderful. So kind and professional. I came for the Ultimate IV today but unfortunately was not able to receive it because the women they had inserting the IV definitely seemed inexperienced in what she was doing. I was pricked several times and they were literally moving the needle around in my arm! As she was moving the needle around the other nurse was giving her directions on what to do. When the First Lady couldn't figure it out she asked someone else to come help out. After a few minutes of them moving the needle around in one arm they switched to the other arm where they continued to do the same thing on the other arm. I don't doubt that the IV has some benefits but this experience made it so uncomfortable that I was not even able to experience the said benefits of the IV. My boyfriend was able to receive his IV but we both agreed the process was much more painful than it needed to be. Overall, I will not be back read more

Absolutely in love with this place! I quit caffeine cold-Turkey and have been struggling. I remembered abo vitamin B-12 shots, and am so glad I chose The Solution. They got me in right away, and their facilities are immaculate and very COVID-safe. The receptionists are so kind and helpful! They carry Thorne vitamins which are the best of the best. After reviewing all the great feedback from this business I decided to try it on a last minute hydration run sadly I did Not experience a welcoming vibe. The nurse treated me in a rude manner, rushing when placing and removing my I.V Perhaps it was near closing. I would recommend to The Solution staff if you are so eager to go home don't book near closing time appointments it's not fair to the clients. read more

Literally the best experience of my life. I had cold symptoms lingering and have a very intense job as a makeup artist with high profile clients i can't be around if i am sick. I went in to The Solution and asked for the immunity boost because i could not stand making it back to the doctors to take another antibiotic that made me feel even worse. I was helped by such sweet caring professionals at this establishment making me feel comfortable and even educating me on different things for health an immunity since I am around so many people and am prone to colds! I will admit after the session I felt even better, relaxed and could finally rest it is now Sunday and feel 95% myself again! I've been coming here for three years and I'm so impressed by this establishment. The employees are friendly and supportive and knowledgeable about health issues. The IVs have helped me recover from illness from living with mold. I began to feel better right away after starting IV therapy. So excited to have a place right here in Hermosa Beach where I live to support my health! Highly recommend this place for health conscious peeps. It would have taken only a few minutes to verify the insurance before requiring me to complete extensive paperwork. Perhaps the doctor provides excellent care, but the staff needs better training on how to handle urgent situations involving young, sick children. There was no sense of urgency, compassion, or respect for our time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend bringing your child here as a new patient without independently confirming your insurance coverage first.

As resolution time is here, I couldn't be more thankful of The Solution! I decided to try an IV and see what the hype was all about and left with an entire wellness plan. I met Carsan, who is their dietician, who recommended The Cleanse Solution IV as a good detox and vitamin boost. She was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in all the nutrients and how they work in your body and I could've picked her brain all morning : ) . She brought me back for the IV and the room was really cozy and clean. The Physician Assistant came in with the IV and discussed what they do at The Solution and asked if I needed any direction in my health goals (OF COURSE!). We discussed lifestyle and wellness and came up with a plan all while she was placing the IV. Painless and much easier than I thought. The chair reclined and I was set up with Netflix to relax! Before I left, I got on their InBody machine and in 30 seconds got a print out of my body composition, BMI, % Body fat, Basal Metabolic Rate and much more to note. Carsan explained the results to me and I plan on following my fat loss and hopefully muscle gain over the next couple months. Theis machine is VERY accurate and graphs your results over time so that you can monitor your progress. Gotta check it out! I may or may not get the testing they offer but I am totally intrigued. I cannot wait to see how I feel after the IV and look forward to coming back and talking with Carsan and Lauren about diet and my goals. I have a lot learn. It's such a laid back but very professional place and the staff is so helpful and knowledgable. I recommend anyone looking to get healthier to stop by and try it out! Not only was it affordable, but I knew I was going to be well taken care of. Before I even walked through the doors, I already knew this was the place I wanted to trust with my care. What truly amazed me was that Reyna came in on her day off while the office was closed just to provide my treatment. That level of dedication and compassion is something you don't come across often. The PTs and staff are all professional and extremely friendly. I feel very comfortable here. I'm even comforted when the PTs strongly encourage me to do my exercises regularly when I haven't done my part. All the PTs are knowledgeable and helpful so I don't feel like I'm not getting good service if I don't have a "favorite."
