Inconsistent lab quality - bizarre results other doctors even questioned. Unclear on their lab storage and transportation practices. Lab draws- one of the most painful needle insertions of my life and I have highly visible veins! Poorly trained or very distracted nurses here and there. For some lab tests they make the patient do the paperwork! Other functional medicine practices (all seem to lack operational funding) at least manage this aspect of care. And overall, my previous provider missed a lot of key markers. I'm grateful for some initial tests but the root cause could have been identified with the right tests I did with another practice. And their peptides are priced higher for same amount than other places.

She spent 10 minutes just patting my shoulder to the beat of her music. She ran out when it was done and I never saw her again. There were people in the waiting room so I left and called the receptionist to say how bad it was and asked for a manager to call me. The manager was going to call me that day and never did. I called the next day and explained it all. She spoke to my therapist who said yes, she did have air pods in and the reason she didn't do deep tissue is she felt I didn't need it. Wait-she didn't discuss this with me! The manager told me she would give me a massage at a discounted rate instead of refunding the entire thing. I said I wanted a full refund as my need was then and I don't know when I will need another massage. She told me she had a phone meeting with the owner that day right after our call and she would call me right after. I never heard from her and gave her a day. I called the next day and she told me the owner will give me a free massage instead of a refund. I said when you get bad food do you want to go back there again? No. I want to cut ties and get a refund. She told me that wasn't possible. I was told the owner is gone for two weeks and I asked she have the owner call me open her return. I said I wanted this cleared up or I will write a review and her to give me the refund. She said she can't do that. What manager doesn't have the ability to give a refund if the owner is out of town? I had such a wonderful experience as a first time soaker. I woke up on Saturday morning with a bad…read moremigraine and was stressed out. My Mom had suggested that I go for a soak. Shannon set up my appointment and greeted me when I first walked in. We spoke about how long I would go for. I changed into a robe, and slippers, in their beautiful changing room and I locked up my belongings in a locker. I entered the suite and was told about the ear plugs, which they had 2 different types. I preferred the blue ones which were attached to a string and went behind my neck. I liked that they fit inside my ear perfectly to block the water during my soak. Shannon directed me to shower prior to entering the tank. Right next to the tank is a stool that contained a small spray water bottle . This is to use, in case of salt getting into your eyes. You enter the tank completely naked. There is no reason to wear a swimsuit. The first thing I noticed was that my breathing seemed to change inside the tank. I didn't really think about it, but I also noticed that my lips were very dry as well. The temperature of the water was almost 96 degrees which is the temperature as the surface of my skin. I noticed that inside the tank seemed humid which made taking a breath difficult at first. I think it gave me a little anxiety. I was able to open up the door and as soon as I did that, I was fine. Right away I talked myself into calming down and I started to breath normally. I listened to wonderful soothing music and there were small twinkle lights right above in the ceiling. I completely calmed down and was able to close my eyes. I placed the blue halo behind my head to keep my head floating. It was very comfortable. I might have even drifted off to sleep. I got out of the tank, prior to my time being up. I took a quick shower to rinse off the epsom salts and washed my hair. I ended up soaking for 45 minutes which turned out to be just enough time. It went by quickly. The first benefit I noticed was how relaxed I felt. My migraine headache was gone and I felt amazing. also was extremely thirsty so Shannon gave me a bottle of water. I got dressed and blew my hair dry with the most amazing blow dryer. The blow dryer was something that might be used in a fancy salon. I loved it. Honestly I felt as though I was in a fancy spa. My experience was truly amazing and I will definitely be returning. My session was $55 for 45 minutes and was worth it. My body felt amazing.
