Amazing day here! I bought some groupon's for my niece's birthday. We had a blast! I took my mom, my sister and my niece. When we walked in they gave us a pink shirt and shorts. We did to want to do the nude portion of the spa. We spent four hours at King Spa. WE checked out all the rooms plus the ICE room. It was so relaxing and I did fall asleep a few times. Upstairs they have the Meditation rooms . Those rooms are the Oxygenated room and an infra red room. On the first floor they have a theater room, a salt room, a gold room, a sun room, a charcoal room, other rooms and a cafeteria area. You can also pay for a massage. Most of the massages were 60 minutes for 120$. I will definitely go back and take my husband there on a date. Love it! read more

First: do NOT eat there. The food is just meh. And it's expensive. Second: For the spa, it's nice and worth the price if you get a GroupOn, which they seem to regularly offer. When we went on a weekday night, it wasn't crowded, so it was good. The rooms are interesting and generally relaxing. The spa services are expensive. Like the foot reflexology is more than double the places I've been. My friend did really enjoy her scrub, so if you get a service, they are good. This spa was mid if I'm being honest. If you need to go and have a little relaxation - go. But it's definitely over priced . I've been to spas all over the world with equal or better service for much less. It was like $70 bucks to enter! Use a Groupon ! It took it down to $47 --still crazy. The spa is just not that great . The steam room has relly terrible seating. And it's all glass which doesn't allow for the room to hold steam that well. It could use a make over for the price it' charges . If self care was a DAY! Boy did I have a time here today. I really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi, and steamy HOT saunas. Oh, might I mention that this is a NUDE spa. Lbs It is required to be in your birthday suit for the "wet" areas, jacuzzi, pool, and steamy suana. You have to really be comfortable in your own skin and one with yourself to embrace this experience. If it makes you feel better the women and men are separated...DARN ‍ There's no need to be embarrassed. There were women of all different sizes and races. The common co-ed areas you are required to wear their Spa uniform. The entire facility is barefoot so be sure to bring socks. The floors are cool in the sense that they're all heated. There's also about five different dry saunas. The suanas range in differnt mineral and stone rooms. I'm into crystal healing and energy believe so this was perfect for me. Also, in the common area is where you sign up for Spa services. You scan your wrist band and pay for eveything at the end. So, no cash is needed. I got a Golden Swedish Massage. The massage was ok just not the best I ever had. The first 30mins was done dry. I prefer to get started with the oil. They also have a café where you can grab milk boboa tea and a variety of Korean food. You must eat it there, no take outs allowed. I liked the stir fry but not the miso. Miso taste like how the zoo smells. If you're looking for a unique experience I would recommend giving it a try. You get to enjoy all the saunas for one low entry price. The best part is that its 24hrs and you can stay as long as you like. This place even has a complimentary movie theater. The additional services are separate from the entry price and a little pricey. Came here with my two besties and it was SUCH an amazing experience. You have to shower before getting into the pools, so we alternated for a bit between the pools and saunas. 4 different pools hot, warm ones and cold--so great!! I thought the wet sauna was really intense, didnt stay in long. The showers were nice too, great pressure and they had body wash and shampoo that smelled great. Then for the rest of the day we went to different dry saunas and took naps in the red light meditation room. We were here for 6 hours and it went by too quick!! The cafeteria food was a bit much pricing wise but all good food. I tried the jap chae and it was good. I would definitely come back, really great experience and suuuuper relaxing. read more

I've been to several Korean bathhouses, and this one stands out for the number of amenities it offers. First off, I came with luggage since I was traveling. You can't bring luggage into the spa itself, but they do provide a secure place to store it at the front. The receptionist was kind and helpful. She asked if I was paying the full admission price of $60 or if I had a coupon. When I asked where to find one, she mentioned Groupon or H Mart around the corner. I checked and found it on Groupon for $30--definitely worth buying in advance. At check-in, you're given a uniform to wear inside. If you need a fresh one during your visit, there's a $1 charge, which is different from other Korean spas I've been to. The cafeteria had a wide variety of options with large portions priced reasonably between $15-$20. They also had a large selection of drinks. Free Wi-Fi is available, which is a plus. The lounge area is cozy and well-equipped--games like chess are available, along with couches for relaxing and tables if you need to get work done. There are multiple themed relaxation rooms with varying temperatures, from hot to mild to cold. They even have an oxygen room and a unique room with wooden peg flooring that felt like a sandbox--fun and different! There's also a small movie theater with three scheduled showings during the day. I arrived around noon, and the last film was shown around 7 PM. The movies were family-friendly (PG or PG-13). They offer a variety of spa services, including massages, Yoni steams, foot massages, red light therapy, body scrubs, facials, and waxing. The bathing and sauna areas are separated by gender. There are clear signs posted around the spa reminding guests that public displays of affection are not allowed and could result in removal. They even offer sleeping quarters--again, separated by gender. The whole space is very relaxing, and most guests respected the quiet atmosphere, which helped set the tone for a peaceful experience. Another nice touch: the heated floors! Since you're not allowed to wear shoes inside, this made walking around much more comfortable. The entire facility was very clean, and I noticed staff cleaning consistently throughout my visit. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this spa. I enjoyed most rooms, but it was very busy on a Saturday and having to constantly wait for a spot to open in the sauna rooms took away from it being a totally relaxing experience. Great facility, terrible staff. If you want to relax in a hot tub, cold tub, sauna, etc., the facility itself is great. But if you want to de-stress, it's hard to do so with the staff there, which was just shockingly rude. I walk in, pay the admission, ask the guy at the front desk a question that he doesn't really answer, but I think I can figure it out on my own. I go to the locker room, go to the shower, start walking out of the shower area when a staff member starts screaming at me, "Towel! Towel!" Apparently he felt that I should have fully dried my feet and was getting water on the floor, and instead of saying, "Excuse me, sir, could you please dry your feet?" He just screamed, "Towel! Towel!" I get to the locker area and see a wallet sitting there. I walk up to a staff member and tell him it looks like one of their customers misplaced his wallet. The staff member literally just looks at me and walks away without saying a word or indicating in any way that he'll assist in getting the wallet back to the customer who misplaced it. So I go to a second staff member with the same explanation. This staff member seemed only very slightly more concerned that a customer had lost his wallet, but he did go over and pick it up, rather than ignoring me like the first staff member. I hope it got back to its owner. I go to the area where they offer massages and ask about the options. The guy just points at a sign with prices. Does not say a word. I was hoping he would say, "Those are the prices, feel free to let me know if you have any questions." Nope. Just pointed at the sign with the prices and then turned his back to me. There are more examples but I've written enough. The facility itself was actually really good, but I was kind of astonished by how rude the employees were. This location came highly recommended. My girl friends and I decided to try it out. We all received a V-Steam, enjoyed the spa pools and the sauna rooms. This is a 24hour facility and there were quite a few people attempting to use the sauna rooms at once. It took some of the relaxation out of the experience. I enjoyed the cypress wood room but I think the experience would be better if there was a walkway for folks going to lay down in that room. People wobbling and potentially falling around other people laying down is hazardous and disruptive. I also really enjoyed the ice room and the pyramid room. The food was good but pricey. Bring your own water bottle to refill and stay hydrated. There are water fountains around. I think a list of items to bring for a prepared experience would be useful on the website. This past Sunday was the first time I've revisited King Spa since over a decade ago and a lot has changed in terms of prices, rules and toiletries and amenities included. It is still very relaxing as I remember, but it's BYOE (bring your own everything) and it's more expensive! Pro-tip: check groupon for admission deals. Only body soap and shampoo are available in the shower room and boy do those strip all oils off your skin and hair. Be sure to bring your own face wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, italian scrubber, hair conditioner, body lotion, facial care and non-liquid masks, hair brush, and maybe even your own hair dryer as there are only 2 there to share. Nonetheless, this jimjilbang is still well maintained and clean. I enjoyed the hot pools, steam rooms, and hot dry saunas. I also enjoyed the long naps in the upstairs area under the red infrared lights. Food in the food court is ridiculously expensive compared to outside restaurants, but they still tasted delicious! On the Sunday I went, it was insanely crowded. Next time I'll try to come on a weekday for more peace and quiet. read more

Clean, huge, well run, everyone is respectful towards each other. Lots of rules to keep everything safe, healthy and mindful. The wet areas are segregated by gender and is all nude. They provide long cotton shorts and t shirts for everyone to wear afterwards. All other areas are mixed genders. Huge Korean cafeteria with lots of delicious choices including vegetarian. You can not bring your own food; you may bring a water bottle. You can't bring anything inside the facility but they do provide lockers. You're given a wristband with a locker key and bar code for any purchases made. There is a theatre and a meditation room full of recliners to break up your day in between using the 9 different saunas and cold and hot pools which are included with your entrance fee. The massages, facials etc are extra. Although I heard the services are amazing; the prices are high (that's why I took off one star). The website is intuitive. You can see which days, what times are most crowded. All information on website is very detailed. Weekends are usually very crowded. This was my first time ever going to a spa like this. But def will not be my last. Driving to this spot it does look a little sus because it is kinda in the parking lot of apartments but also in a shopping center. But once arrived you will see the big building and sign with plenty of parking. Join walking in you are welcomed to the front desk. Signs on the wall will tell you mens and women's locker room and also prices. You check in in by giving them your ID in exchange for your locker key. Once done you have to take shoes off and walk towards the locker room. This is where the magic happens. You get your change of clothes and start your journey. All the sauna rooms were just as explained. You go in and relax. Idk what type of rocks they had but everything was so relaxing. I went on Sunday and it was a lot of people but no room was ever to crowded. I would 100% do this again. I didn't get to try the food because I was having dinner after I left but they had a great Asian menu. On the signs they said no outside food or drink but plenty of people had their reusable water bottles. I highly recommend that. Cause those rooms do get hot. The water room is COMPLETELY NAKED. so beware. Yes your auntie and grandma are walking around letting it all hang out. lol I got a 60 min massage! It was sooooo good!! She did a great job. That you have to pay extra for. But well worth it. You can grab a ticket off Groupon for a cheaper price which was great. 10/10 highly recommend. Please go if you haven't. "Fire AND ice, let's do this twice!" Open for twenty-four hours, what an escape. Upon entering, I showed my coupon; 40$ as apposed to 60$. Traded my drivers license for a red, electronic key tag. Was instructed to remove my shoes and enter the ladies locker room. Took a quick shower and sat in the steam room for fifteen minutes. Changed into my pink scrubs with the matching socks that I packed. Excited to head out to the main floor. No idea what to try first, I peeked inside all of the rooms and took a few pictures. I couldn't figure out why everyone was asleep. I ended up starting with the Base Rock room; lying on a heated slab that melts away aches, improves inflammation and aids in lymphatic drainage. I fell asleep. I walked over to the Arctic Room; little stools inside this chilly space to sit and wake up. Said to improve brain function and immune response. Next stop, the Salt Room; improves circulation, breathing and helps with weight loss. Couldn't stay long, it was time for my appointment. Was asked to remove everything even my jewelry. Escorted to the table and encouraged to lay on my stomach. Warm water was poured over my body and a hot, wet towel was placed on my back. Then the scrubbing began; long upward strokes and circles to exfoliate layers of dead skin and improve overall circulation. Let me say, she scrubbed me two shades lighter. I actually saw all of the disgusting dead skin being sloughed off. This process is about forty minutes followed by another quick shower. I put my scrubs back on and headed to the main floor. Grabbed a ginger lemonade and sat on a mat inside the Fire Sudatorium. Benefits of this intense heat include total body relaxation as well as a release of toxins. It is not recommended that anyone stay longer than fifteen minutes. You are strongly encouraged to hydrate after your visit. I only managed to stay inside for eleven minutes. Yes, I was relaxed. Every room I visited, without any effort I fell asleep. Now I know why everyone was asleep, the experience is so relaxing that you can't help yourself. Everything melts away, the stresses of your day, any worries you may have and all of your aches are gone. Definitely will be returning as it was such a treat. read more

I came here in June 2025. I've been coming to king spa with my mom for many years and have always had a pleasant experience. But NOT this time in June. My mom and I went to the appointment/reservation counter inside the women's locker room to schedule a scrub & massage for myself. The appointment wasn't for another hour and a half or so I decided to go into the steam room, etc. About 30 minutes after making the appointment, I started having an anxiety attack so I went back to the reservation counter to see if I could just cancel it. The lady behind the counter all of a sudden tells me that if I cancel, I'll still have to pay for 50% of the service. So $85 of the total $170 for the service. Fine. Whatever. Mind you, this handwritten sign that states this is behind her and very conveniently hidden behind the appointment setter. I then tell the appointment setter lady that it's fine, I'll just keep my appointment. She asks me for my locker number. I tell her. She then proceeds to chase me around the locker room demanding my locker number. Which I had told her MULTIPLE times in BOTH English and Korean. She continues to chase and harasses me around the locker room. Keep in mind that I am NAKED as the day I was born. She keeps on harassing me and yelling obscenities at me in Korean. As we go to checkout and pay our final bill, this belligerent human being then tells her front desk buddy that I was the one harassing HER!! I honestly don't understand how I could be the one harassing anyone when 1) I'm naked AF and 2) SHE was the one chasing me and yelling at me. I'm never, EVER coming back here again. This place was amazing!!! When we walked in we were greeted so nicely and the guy explained how things worked. We were then separated into male and female sections. We received a wristband that had a number that coincided with our locker number, was told to retrieve a uniform (which was a shirt and shorts) and went in. There was a hot tub, steam sauna and a polar tub. We had to shower before getting in because everyone was NAKED! There were smaller sections where you can get extras like massages and body scrubs at an additional cost. Now.... The uniform was for the common area where everyone can meet. Within this area there were little rooms or pods and each one had a description of the healing properties of that room. Everything from what looked like an oven to an ice room! I recommend going early so you can spend the whole day enjoying every pod. They also had a restaurant so you can eat then go back to enjoying the relaxation. Finally went for the 1st time and took my teen daughter and my mom. Talk about an "intimate experience". So I heard about certain areas where you have to be butt naked, but hearing about it and actually experiencing it are two different things!! First you check in, walk into the locker room and change into your spa outfits that the spa provides you with. They are big and comfy and comparable to scrubs that nurses wear. Next you are able to explore the different rooms. Of course the first thing you pass by is the women's pool located inside the women's locker room. This is the butt naked area. So if you wanna swim and enjoy the hot tubs and pools, no clothes are allowed! I was with my mom and daughter and we weren't ready for all that so decided to just explore the different rooms first, where clothing is required. I loved all of the various rooms offered. Some hot and some cold, but all were very relaxing. I loved the room that had tiny wooden cubes on the floor and the floor was heated. A bit difficult to walk into at first because the cubes kinda hurt your feet, but once you find your spot and get to lay down, it's very zen. It took a few minutes for me to get accustomed to people lying in the room with you, so I'm glad I wasn't there by myself. But everyone was normally quiet and kept to themselves. My next favorite was the amethyst room. So pretty to see the walls covered in this deep purple crystal and all the natural healing qualities that it provides. There is also a food area that is a bit overpriced. But I guess you are paying for the convenience. Food was pretty decent but I would eat either before or after the spa on the next go round. After we made our rounds to the various rooms, my party decided we were warmed up enough and needed to go swim. It was super weird at first cuz like I said, no clothing or swimsuits are allowed. But after a few minutes, once you're in the water, we got used to it. Kinda liberating if you ask me. Will definitely go back again. If you need more products, you'll have to bring from home but you can bring them inside the pool area. Long hair must be tied up and they only provide rubber bands if you need something. They also provide hair dryers. The dry sauna rooms are very relaxing. They also have quiet lounge and a movie room. The food is a little overpriced but tasty (of what I've tried). I've been going to King Spa for 15 years, and it's always been one of my favorite places to relax and recharge. I still love it, but I've noticed a clear decline in cleanliness over the past year or so. In the past, staff were always visible constantly cleaning, wiping things down, and making sure guests weren't leaving cups or trash around. That attention to detail made a big difference in the overall experience. Lately, things feel too relaxed. Water cups are left everywhere, and I rarely see staff wiping down stairs, lounge chairs, or other high-touch areas. Even in the café, while generally clean, tables are sometimes left unwiped between guests. I still recommend King Spa, but I really hope they return to the higher cleaning standards that kept this place feeling fresh, safe, and well cared for. read more

Regular, long time customer here. Will now be former customer. I know that there is a language barrier at King Spa...very strange occurrence today. I had a free visit coupon today. I was at the spa for about 5 minutes sitting by myself in one of the hot pools. I had my legs crossed and was massaging my foot. One of the attendants approached me and said "No no no. No cross" and made gestures. I asked him what I was doing wrong. He continued to motion and say the same thing. Another attendant was nearby (he said his name is Miquel) and I called him over to see what I was doing against the rules. He said that the attendant thought I was rubbing my dead skin off my feet. I said I was massaging my foot. Ridiculous! Well I've been treated like a child. Obviously my relaxing spa day was ruined. I asked to speak to someone in charge at the reception desk. No help there with a shrug of shoulders. Lesson for King Spa on customer service: An apology and a way to have provided me another return in the future. Warning to customers is to be wary of poor customer service at King Spa. If you have a concern, you will be met with a shrug. read more

I came to this same spa 3 years ago and it was nothing like my first experience. As I read the recent reviews I was skeptical on coming back here. But let me tell you the review are accurate and on point. I went on a Sunday after around 2p until about 6p. It was superrrrr packed. I couldn't even get in the pools or jacuzzi without feeling uncomfortable as to the amount of people in there. It was overwhelming. People everywhere. I went into every sauna room and there were people in each room talking super loud. There was no relaxation at all. I had to leave a few rooms and even tell an attendant about it. Thats just insane. You go to a spa for relaxation, quiet and peace. This was total opposite. You could hear people talking everywhere you went. Onto the good things. I did have the food there. I got the spicy chicken stir fry and that was great. Good flavor. And I also got a massage to end the night and that was relaxing. The meditation room on the 3rd floor was semi quiet so I did enjoy that for the time. My ask to management would be to ensure people truly use their "inside voice" throughout the facility. Signs are posted to keep quiet but no-one followed it. Bring it back to a place of relaxation and woosah. Maybe you have to limit the people coming in. This was my second time coming here. We bought a Groupon so we wanted to use it. Price is about $50 for one person, very fair for everything you get. Usually, it's not very busy on Wednesday nights but I guess they had another promotion going on. First, King Spa has their own parking lot, so you just have to find that huge entrance sign to the left of H Mart and follow it. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Pro-tip: eat a meal at H Mart before going in. The food inside of King Spa is way overpriced. You can easily spend less at the H Mart food court and get a little variety. After you check in, give the staff your ID. You'll receive a wristband that also serves as a credit card to your account. If you want access to the base rock room (you'll need a towel), a massage, or even the overly expensive food, then scan your wristband. You'll enter into the men's or women's area. Take off your shoes, enter to the right, and use your wristband to find the number (you'll store your shoes here). Find your t-shirt and shorts size. Next, find your locker to store your belongings. They have rules here because for some stupid reason, people that are uncultured want to bring their own bathrobe and swim wear? Undress completely and enter into the wet spa. You have to be completely nude. Shower first. You'll then enter into the warm water, then into the cold water, then into the steam room, and cold again. You can find the rules on the website. I suppose you can skip all of this and get dressed, if it makes you uncomfortable. Get dressed. Then go into the coed area. You'll find a water fountain, food area, multiple sauna rooms, an ice room, small movie theater, and lounge area. Upstairs you'll find a recliner area to sleep or watch TV. You also find two more rooms on the left. The first one is the anion and far infrared room. The last one is the oxygen room. I noticed this but you don't need to wear N95s. I saw a few women that looked like they're in their 50s wearing N95s. They were missing a hazmat suit and plastic gloves. Seriously, if you're that scared then stay home. Also no slippers but you can wear socks or go barefoot. They have signs with rules in each of the rooms because people are too entitled to follow simple rules. When you return your wristband at the end, you'll pay for all of your extra purchases if you have any. read more

I have been coming to this Korean spa since I was a child. It has always been my favorite place to come relax, detox and have an enjoyable time. You start at the baths which are separated female/male. Afterward, you receive a pink T-shirt and shorts to enter into the common room. The common room has over 10 rooms, including a gold room, salt room, amethyst room, oxygen room, and more. There are many health benefits by entering these and meditating in there. They usually recommend not to spend more than 20 minutes per room. It is a very unique experience and fun to explore the different areas of the spa. They also have a food court with delicious food and a movie theater. I order the tofu beef soup which is a hit. The amenities tailor to all kind of people, and it can be entertaining to spend hours here. Not only do you leave completely relaxed and refreshed, but have also spent around $40 for an entertaining spa experience. Pro tip: get your entrance fee ticket on Groupon (usually around $35). I could spend all day here..and night..and I have..many times..and I'll do it again...mom. Seriously, King Spa is my happy place. Saunas were always my thing but in my younger years, wooden saunas were an intense, invigorating event, almost a workout substitute if you will. I've been coming here since the year it opened. Now, my dry sauna experience is a combination of sweating, relaxing, and refueling both mentally and physically, complete with air purifying aromas, healing minerals, salts, food, maybe a movie, and naps. Do a 20 to 30 minute sauna of your choice and then chill in the lounge. You're free to enjoy your way. I was just lying in the salt room with my ear pods on and Robert Miles (RIP) was all like "Tell me a fable..."and it was great. Seriously, the salt room really benefits my asthmatic lungs. I love the base rock room (optional) after back and hamstring day. Lying on the 130 to 140 degree slab always shaves a day or two of soreness off, meaning it speeds up the healing, likely due to increased blood flow. I find it super peaceful and chill upstairs in the infrared, oxygen room, and lounge. Food is a highlight for many spa-goers. It can be expensive but it is good. Its not all clean and detoxifying, but good nonetheless. Three sauna-baked eggs in a serving have now become two. Please don't forget to hydrate. Please don't be loud inside the actual saunas or play candy crush on full blast. Absolutely chatter away in the downstairs lounge and eating area, thats no problem. They do have phone charging lockers, free wifi, chess boards even. Weekends can be very crowded fyi, so you might have to wait to jump into some saunas, get a message, or even find a lounge chair but if you have all day you should be fine. read more

Went here for the first time. $60 general entry and services like massage and facials are addl. Crowded but clean and fairly organized. This is a common area spa. Different rooms are igloo sized fitting roughly 10 people comfortably in each room. You are next to other guests. Although quiet in the room, you can hear the chatter and sound from outside the room. Children are allowed which I thought was odd. Wet areas are naked and no option for bathing suit. Don't lose your locker key, everyone has to wear a uniform. Small food court available but the options are a bit pricey. Overall cool experience but not sure if I'd return. Perhaps on a day that isn't so busy. read more

1. If you are new to this place listen up! If coming with your male partner you will of course separate into male and female locker rooms. 2. Here comes the fun, No one tells you what to do unless you do not have your shoes off before entering the locker room. That's about all the info shared. There is not much signage with full disclosures. 3. Your entry fee is just that! Then you are to purchase massage of choice when you meet up in the back area with your boo or as you walk into the locker room you can make a purchase. 4. Ok here's where I was like What The Fudge! If you want to join the spas that are in the locker rooms you must shower first and in the Nude. Everyone was nude including children 8yrs is the youngest allowed. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS PART (I wasn't told it was an option, when asked where I go after I put on the T-shirt and shorts give.. The attendant said "oh no! You take the shirt and shorts off and shower first!" The Only other direction and it was incorrect because I didn't have to even be in the spa area let alone Nude. 5. The food if you eat before the massage the -bowls of rice for sure is enough for two- just to knock of the hunger. Two bowls and two egg rolls were $54 and no drinks. So eat before you come or be prepared to pay a lot and have salty food! 6. No take out if you aren't done eating before you're called for massage. Only option is to toss it. 7. The sauna rooms were great, but low on space with the amount of people that were there. 9 rooms with different themes my favorite Amethyst room and the Ocean Room. 8. The massage was terrible I'm very sore and my fiancé is too we went Sunday 12/21/25 and my neck still sore on 12/24/25 not as bad as the day after but to touch yes. 9. I would say this is not Air Ancient Bath so if you been there, like us before coming here- get your $$ back. 10. It was a culture shock for me and my fiancé. Some who are use to this will love it as those who were there I've talked to. But I don't do nude around anyone other than my boo let alone 8yr olds and teenagers. Not my thing. That's all folk! I was looking through my Groupon and realized I bought a day @ King Spa that expired on 01/24/24 so I figured I better check it out before it expired. I went here today 01/23/24 1 day before the expiration date. Mehhhhh I finally went here today & wasn't overly impressed. I guess I should have done a little homework @ looked at the reviews & photos of people that had been there before maybe I would have appreciated it more. The check in they ask for an ID to hold until you leave and give you a bracelet w/a little circular thing that designates your locker number & as I found out later it works like a hospital band. Anything you buy from extra services like massages, skin scrubs, facials, food or drinks are scanned on the tag. When you leave any service or product that you buy is tallied up at the register as your leaving. The key is for the 2 lockers one for your shoes and one for your other belongings. First you take off shoes and socks and walk in barefoot (WTF?). Before you walk in there is a rack w/rolled up clothes w/different sizes from small to XL. Find your locker in the locker room that corresponds to your shoe locker & strip down to you grey shorts & shirt) women get matching pink shirt & shorts (awwww how cute). Kind of like squid game lol After you change right off of the locker room there is a room where there are showers, a pool & steam sauna but you must strip down & git bare ass naked before you head on into this area. After you leave the locker room there is a large room w/lounge chairs. Off of this area are smaller rooms w/beautiful large amethyst rock formations all over in the large room and many of the smaller rooms. Things like a salt room, crystal rom, amethyst room, charcoal room.... They also have a movie room w/a variety of movies & a dining room. There's lots to do and see & parts of it are open 24hrs. Maybe if I had done a little more research before going in I would have appreciated it more. We have been to the King spa in NY and Virginia. So why not this location as well. This was on the day of our return flight to DC from Chicago. Since our flight was departing at 6:30 pm, this was a perfect getaway for a day trip. We bought tickets via Groupon and checked in at 8:30 am. It wasn't too crowded. We met a couple of other people who were doing the same. Traveling and taking the evening fight just like us. Staff were very friendly. They explained how every thing works. Wet area is completely nude. They have 4 small hot tubs, a steam room and sauna. Cold plunge was nice too. Dry saunas were nice too. But kinda small compared to the one in Virginia. Unfortunately, they don't have outdoor pool area. So we spent most of the time in the wet area. Food starts at 11 am. Lots of great options. We chose ramen. Pretty good. Expect to pay slightly more than what you would pay at a ramen restaurant. We then relaxed a bit in the relaxation lounge. Went back to the wet area for a couple of hours. Checkout around 3:30 pm. Airport is not too far from this place. Probably 20 mins Uber ride. read more
