They offer so many services, I can't even remember half of them, but here are a few: -cryotherapy -IV infusion -body sculpting -dry float -compression sleeves I believe most of the services are $50, which isn't too bad. The IV infusion prices are higher. My friends tried the dry float and enjoyed it. I wanted to try the cryotherapy, but was hesitant since we were told the doors were slightly see-through, also it is full body and we have to wear a mask. They had a special at the time I stopped by: buy 2 services, get one free as a day pass for $99. Would I return? Possibly, I would like to try one of the services sometime.

I was SOO happy with Tasha during my 1 hour manual therapy appointment. She carefully reviewed my injury, how it happened and what my goals of recovery were, etc. She provided me with practical stretches to use at home, proper ways of rehabbing and suggestions about support/braces for when I start playing sports again. During the session manually massaged my ankle/leg, used cupping and stretched it out. It was like a was playing for the Wizards. I was blown away with how individualized the appointment felt. It was as Tasha said "hurt so good". The range in movement after my appointment was more than I could of imagined. Dr. Schleifer was the third office I called and had a 3pm opening on Friday (it was 12pm on Friday when I called). A new and nice office building with ample parking awaited me. He was at his desk when I arrived and was very pleasant. After about a 15 minute assessment he applied some muscle stimulation and heat therapy. That was followed by an adjustment along with instructions to ice my shoulder and neck that evening. The therapy worked more than I could have imagined. I was able to play in a softball game and have no ill effects of my neck injury the next day (saturday) and have only slight discomfort today (sunday). I'll go to a follow up session with him this week to make sure I've maintained my healing process.

The cryo helps some lingering back soreness I have from a car accident, and it is the best thing to do post- or pre-gym (still on the fence as to which I like better.) 500-800 calories burned in 3 minutes isn't too bad a side-effect either.
