This is my first visit here and I was very impressed. The staff and atmosphere are very inviting. The tour is free and very thorough, I believe it was roughly 20-30 minutes long and we were able to book online. They offer so many services, I can't even remember half of them, but here are a few: -cryotherapy -IV infusion -body sculpting -dry float -compression sleeves I believe most of the services are $50, which isn't too bad. The IV infusion prices are higher. My friends tried the dry float and enjoyed it. I wanted to try the cryotherapy, but was hesitant since we were told the doors were slightly see-through, also it is full body and we have to wear a mask. They had a special at the time I stopped by: buy 2 services, get one free as a day pass for $99. Would I return? Possibly, I would like to try one of the services sometime. read more

I've been using the services here for more than six weeks and love it! I've developed a treatment routine that starts with red light followed by cryo and ends with total relaxation in the dry float bed. It's amazing! I leave feeling great and I'm sleeping much better! As you walk in the door the space is inviting and I wanted to see more. All area are structured to give clients a relaxing comfortable experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cheryl showed us around the place and explained all the services clearly which let us know that they really care about their clients. We used the vitamin shot, cryotherapy, and infrared sauna and were happy with the results of the services. We will definitely be back and looking forward to the Fairfax location opening. read more

I came on and rated this business with 1-star after receiving horrible customer service from one employee. It was pretty sad because everyone else I'd ever interacted with has always been kind. At any rate, the owner read my review and gave me a call a few days later. He offered a full apology, no excuses, and invited me to restore my membership when my busy schedule slows down enough to allow me to use the membership regularly again. That's the service I'd grown accustomed to expecting from all employees there. And for that, completely unprompted, I decided to change my review back to 5 stars. My experience at the facility was good, but the fact it's nearly impossible to find the price of anything is a giant red flag. You don't find it on the website or in the app. Even when you book the service it doesn't tell you the cost just that you pay later. People know it's insanely expensive, but those who don't mind will pay and those that won't pay won't visit. Just show the prices!! I purchased an IV and Holly the nurse was lovely. I did the iCRYO full body 3 1/2 min freeze - AWESOME- gives you energy, can not speak to consistent benefits but staff is very knowledgeable. iCRYO in Ashburn is an excellent choice for all ages to feel better, have more energy and healing elements for all pains and aches. I personally love the CRYO and the Red Light Therapy and Compression. I have been there since it opened and the results of the above have been amazing. I have noticed, reduced swelling from arthritis, reduced pain from knee surgery and upcoming knee surgery. red light had helped with pain as well as wrinkle reduction on my face and minimizing pores. I have also had several cryo facials and have become younger looking with less fatty spots and seemingly more collogen in my face. The personnel at iCRYO are the most wonderful people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. You are met with a smile and your name as you enter the facility, which is very welcoming. I booked a tour because the website is confusing to navigate and there is no transparency regarding prices of services. I don't know if it's a part of your marketing strategy to not include pricing but it is inconvenient for potential new customers. Nonetheless, the location and the fact that I knew I wanted Cryotherapy is what prompted me to book. As for the facility and staff my experience was top tier. I had an IV infusion after a consultation with a doctor and nurse on staff prior to Cryotherapy. The IV infusion suited my needs for recovery and Cryotherapy suited my need for recovery/pain management. The staff was friendly, informative and very supportive of me being an advocate for my own health and wellness. I will definitely be going back and it is definitely more cost effective for a membership due to the amount of times I plan to partake in the variety of services offered. My advice to the company is to be more transparent about your pricing because a customer that is already looking for your services may already be committed to paying a certain price. I actually thought they had just opened but I learned they just celebrated their 1 year anniversary. My Cyro experience was explained very clearly and I was observed the entire time. After some pretty extensive traveling, and eating a lot of salty food, I found my ankles and lower legs were pretty swollen. A friend who had several treatments at this facility recommended we go for compression therapy. It was the best decision I made. I didn't know much about compression therapy, and I found the website to be very helpful. I didn't make an appointment, but was able to walk in and was warmly created as I filled out pre-treatment paperwork, and everything was explained to me. Right away, I noticed that the two ladies that were checking us in were both RNs. It provided additional credibility to this facility. They are very hospitable as they lead me to the comfy chairs to start the compression treatment. Staff regularly checked on me and made adjustments as necessary.
