And the benefits of cryotherapy are REAL. A nasty scar on my leg is healing up after just two sessions - in ways that prescription topical solutions couldn't do for me. But mostly, I feel far less pain as soon as the next day. I routinely work out and I feel that good soreness in my muscles all the time. But I'm also a runner and I feel the not-so-good pain in my knees. All of the aches and pains are gone or greatly diminished as soon as the next day after cryo.
