I first visited VCCTB about 20 years ago for spider veins and IPL treatments. I later returned for Botox and Dysport. While Dr. Hunt handled my vein and laser treatments and Kristin was my injector and laser technician, I was satisfied with my results. After they were no longer my providers, I experienced repeated problems despite several adjustments. I eventually returned to my dermatologist's injector, who used 38 units and achieved the results I wanted. Although my injector does not offer promotional specials, the product was prepared in front of me and the results were excellent. Later, my dermatologist recommended a CO laser treatment for my mild sebaceous hyperplasia and quoted approximately $2,500. During my consultation, VCCTB also confirmed that CO laser treatment was appropriate and offered the procedure at a much lower price, so I decided to give them another try. In February 2026, I received a face-and-neck CO laser treatment for $900. I was told to wait a few months for the full results, but the condition remained. Because my case was mild and the treatment had been recommended by my dermatologist and confirmed by VCCTB, I was disappointed that I saw little to no improvement. I was then quoted an additional $500 for a touch-up, so I decided to return to my dermatologist for further treatment. I also purchased a Mother's Day IPL special and returned three additional times because I was dissatisfied with the results. A YAG laser was used during those visits, but I ultimately returned to my dermatologist for further treatment. Everyone in the office was kind, but the results did not meet my expectations. In addition to IPL, I purchased a 48-unit Botox special after being off Botox for about a year. The placement and results were unsatisfactory, so I returned for eight additional units, but still did not achieve the outcome I expected. I chose VCCTB because of the lower prices and because I had originally been happy with the practice. Unfortunately, the results did not match the quality of care I received from my dermatologist. I am now much happier with my current treatment. My advice is not to choose a treatment based solely on a promotional price.

The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it.

I had confirmed my appointment by text the day before, so this was very unexpected. I called the location approximately 15 times and also tried calling two other locations, but no one answered. I received no phone call, text, or email letting me know my appointment had been canceled or that the office would be closed. I understand that emergencies can happen, but a simple notification or response would have saved me a long drive and a lot of wasted time. I'm hoping someone from the business reaches out to explain what happened and make this right.

My appointment lasted literally 90 seconds. I paid for 15 units of Botox, I got 30 units of Botox. I think I spent a little under $200. Unfortunately, I don't believe for a second that I was treated with Botox because my forehead looks exactly the same as prior to my appointment. The aesthetician who injected my forehead did not take time nor did she tell me exactly what she was doing other than that she was going to treat my forehead area. I was not able to examine the vials of Botox medication nor was I able to look in the mirror after my treatment. It's been four weeks, I keep waiting for something to happen. I'm pretty sure that I was treated with a simple two dollars worth of saline solution. I'm really disappointed and I'm not thrilled about the fact that I spent money for no results. Was it a bad batch? Who knows. Maybe I should have looked for a place that was not offering a special deal on Botox? Will probably never know.
