He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. And all the while, Daryl and Seth made sure that we had the documentation and backup necessary to communicate with our homeowners insurance company. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive. I've hired a few house cleaners on there before with no issues, but this time I specifically asked for someone that could go behind appliances and such. Ace promised that they would. They arrived on time as expected, but the cleaning job was very sloppy. I paid $450, some of which were addons for stove cleaning, fridge cleaning, etc. 2 out of 3 bedrooms were not touched. The stove and fridge were not touched. There was a huge clump of hair right in the doorway. They didn't clean the toilets. All things that other services do for less than half of the price. And no, they didn't clean behind appliances as they had said they would. The kitchen was really clean at least. It was probably the cleanest aside from the stove and the fridge. This company offered to come again, but I instead asked for a refund for services that I paid extra for that were not complete, and even offered to leave a tip out of that. They agreed. They then disappeared off of the face of the earth and apparently so has the partial refund. Totally my fault for not checking out this place thoroughly beforehand. Their Thumbtack photos are stock photos or photos from HGTV after further inspection. Sketchy and unreliable.
