Resource Restoration is run by a pro, Dave. We called him in a panic! We have a house for sale and had not been to the house for a few days. We stopped by to check on it at 11:00 am before we left the county that afternoon for 8 days. Much to our shock we found the entire basement soaked! I would highly recommend Mr Beavers and his team at resource restoration. I'm a disabled veteran and my spouse and I had some major flooding in our basement after a recent storm. His team was on site in less than 24 hours preforming environmental testing to minimize health risks to our family and start the drying process. While onsite his team also identified other issues relating to plumbing with my home water softener system and hot water heater allowing me to get a Service provider in to preform preventive maintenance before it caused further damage. After the water cleanup Mr Beavers came to visit my home for a walkthrough and identified some electrical issues that he kindly offered to repair while his team completed the restoration efforts on my home. We have been extremely please working with Resource Restoration & Associates LLC. Those words don't normally come from the results of a water disaster in our home but we couldn't have survived through it without them. The first phase was the actual water emergency in which their water mitigation team showed up after-hours on a Thursday night. They prepped what they could to get us through the night and returned the next day to work on checking and removing the water damaged portions of the 3 floors and affected walls. We were relieved to hear that they also perform the renovation work and are very familiar with working through insurance claims. David Beavers has aligned himself with a great team to work the administrative side as well as great contractors to perform and complete the work. They were very reasonable and accommodating with scheduling and making it as easy as possible for us. I never go out of my way to write reviews but this one--I couldn't wait to write!! My mother's basement flooded terribly. We Called David Beavers and he said someone would be out within the hour. In less than an hour the team was there to begin the mitigation process. We don't have experience with this and David said he would "walk us through everything" and he did--every time we had a question. His response is so fast after every phone call or text. Can Not say enough good things about David and his crew. In April, my basement was completely flooded when a pipe broke in the ceiling and water poured in for over 20 mins. We all have a story and here is mines. My hot water unexpectedly began to leak and was sort of masked by my newly laid laminate flooring. I was super emotional when my basement flooded. I called my insurance company to file the claim. In the meantime, I googled and called this company to help extract the water from the basement. Our sump pump failed leading to about 6 inches of water across our entire crawl space. David's crew came out the same day I called, pumped all of the water out quickly, and came back multiple times over the week to check that the area was dry and stayed dry.
