As a customer, I expected the company to thoroughly inspect the completed work and take greater ownership in helping resolve concerns. Based on my experience, the overall quality and level of customer support fell short of what I anticipated.

Despite the intermittent rain, they worked quickly and efficiently. What was once a hardly used backyard is now a well-designed and highly used patio area where my husband can grill and we can enjoy eating summer meals, relaxing in hammocks, or sitting out on our patio chairs under the shade. I love the work they did. They hired men to clear out not one, but two trees (near power lines nonetheless) without any disruptions. My driveway was in bad shape, the sealcoating done by another company had lasted only 3 years, my…read more'dips' were starting to erode thru the asphalt forcing me to add 2 layers of crack fill to stop the erosion. Shawn came to give me an estimate and recommended a double coating of sealant. The first coat he brushed on using a heavy mixture, later in the day when it was dry he sprayed a second layer on. The driveway is now heavily sealed and should be good for many years. The price was reasonable and he was prompt and courteous. I would recommend Sunny for sealcoating and/or repairing your driveway.
