I never received a single proactive update and had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information on the status of my car. What's most frustrating is that after being told the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I arrived to find that the work was still not fully finished. The vehicle had to be taken back in to address items that should have been completed the first time. For a repair process that took this long since February and it is now May, a much higher level of communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism should be expected. I called to schedule an estimate and was greeted warmly by the receptionist upon arrival. My appraiser, Erika, met me right away. I pointed out the damaged areas, and she quickly inspected the truck, taking notes for a few minutes before stepping back inside. About five minutes later, she returned with a clear, detailed estimate. Since I was paying out of pocket (self-pay), I needed to cover a deposit--essentially the cost of the parts--before they could order them. Erika explained that once the parts arrived, I could drop the truck off, and the repair would take about four days. A few days later, I called to make the deposit over the phone using Zelle to avoid the credit card surcharge. The next day, Erika followed up to confirm the parts were ordered and expected to arrive by Friday or, at the latest, the following Monday. We scheduled the drop-off for that Monday, and true to their word, I had the truck back by Friday--fully repaired and looking great. Throughout the entire process, Erika kept me updated with a quick status call every few days, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. This is the lack of integrity and honesty these people have! One of the owners "Red" told me he was going to charge he storage fees since I didn't pick up the car ! What? He had agreed to charge me 1 hour labor to remove and replace the cluster after I refused to pay $1900 for his cluster repair. I had to wait for the cluster to get repaired and shipped back to me and contrary to what they say I cannot legally drive the car without an instrument cluster! He was pissed that I didn't give him $1900 to repair the cluster so he tried to take it on me with outrageous claim of a storage fee when in fact he didn't satisfy NV law for such a claim! If This is how they treat a loyal customer imagine what they will do to you! Quoted me $700 to fix the door lock when a $13 switch solved the problem ! Charged me $260 to fix the interior trim On the convertible top, they used scotch tape to fix it! Get the picture? They will try to rip you off as much as they can ! Avoid at all costs ! The receptionist Red's Mother Alicia tried to charge me tax on labor ! NV doesn't charge tax on separate labor items which in this case was the labor on the installation of my suspension and brake parts I provided to them. They didn't inform me if they did the proper break in procedure for the new rotors and pads ! I refused to pay storage fees on a car I couldn't legally drive without a cluster. When I arrived the car was parked on the street not in their lot or inside their building so Red wants to charge me storage for street parking ! They are from Philippines where ripping people off are the norm over there !

So down the rabbit hole I went....I found Fresh Paint Auto Body, they were close to home and responded quickly in answering all my questions. Oscar requested pictures, gave me an HONEST review of what he could do and invited me to drop in. He fixed my car in about a week, kept in constant contact during the process and even got my car washed when the job was done, my baby looks sooo purrtyyyy and I couldn't more happy with the job he did. Not only did he do a good job, he was honest and I highlight that because I wanted to get my car wrapped, he quoted me a price and I told him someone quoted me way cheaper. Instead of deterring me or poking holes in the other quote you know what he did.....he sat down with me, looked at the photos of the competitor and said it looks good, he gave me the right questions to asked and encouraged me to go with the other person to save money, reaffirming that it looks like they do a decent job as well!
