I have been a customer since 2007 with Amanda and enjoy the consistency of being able to see the same person every visit. In that time I have torn my Achilles tendon, had shoulder surgery and most recently sprained my ankle. Amanda's skilled techniques and sound advice have aided in and sped up my recovery times. There have actually been times when I have not been dealing with an injury in the past 4 years - during these times it is nice to just come in for a relaxation or sports massage. My fav is that heated blanket when the weather gets cooler. Sometimes I'm on my feet, bearing weight on either of my legs, straining my hips and lower back, or hunching over when I'm sitting at a computer for hours at a time. What's important to me when getting a massage is good technique, communication, and diligence. Rose has made a good impression on me since the beginning.
