I went here for a brow lamination with a medium brown tint, and left with burned skin, missing eyebrow hairs, and permed, over-processed, dark, curly eyebrows. I had this done before a huge Europe trip and I'm incredibly remorseful. I'm sad I paid $130+ to ruin my brows. I also had eyelash extensions done here, but had them removed a few days later because despite being shorter than I'd hoped for, they hung in my eyes and obscured my vision significantly (in addition to being droopier on my left side). I thought this was normal because I was new to eyelash extensions, but I quickly realized it wasn't. They were bulky, synthetic eyelashes with blunt tips, which I swapped out for mink. The staff here were nice the day of my procedures, so I feel a little guilty about leaving this review ... but they burned me, overcharged me, ignored me, and ruined my brows :(. I'll have to spend a lot of time every day on my vacation trying to cover them up (and I have a flaky wound on the inside of my brow), which is ironic because I had the procedure done in the first place to not worry about doing them at all. Oliver waxed my eyebrows and then said "oops! I didn't ask what shape you wanted." When I reached back out to them with photos of my damaged brows, they gave me no advice or apology - just asked how long I left the formula on my brows (24 hours exactly, just like they told me to). I felt like they were trying to imply it was my fault that my face was burned. They stopped responding to me after that, despite me being very polite, and offered me no resolution. Photo #1 is what Third Eye Beauty did to my eyebrows - photo #2 is literally 2 days prior. Photo #1 does include my new lashes; photo #2 features the lashes I got from Third Eye Beauty. I can't recommend this place. They don't treat their customers like they care about them as people: they're not trustworthy. A total waste of ~$500, and my self-esteem. Edit, to address Third Eye Beauty's response to me: I don't know why they believe I'd want to continue getting services at their salon after my face was burned and my lashes were dissatisfactory. I don't want them touching my face again! I'm sorry, but a no-refund policy after burning a client's face is unethical. No one signs those forms expecting to get messed up two times in a row. It's an extremely abnormal result and allowances should be made for that. It also shouldn't be held against me that it took me a few days to realize I wasn't supposed to be missing 20% of my vision. It was my first time getting lashes. I had no idea. (It was also my first eyebrow lamination, and the remark they're referencing was before I'd washed off the product at the 24 hour mark to view the results. These comments from Third Eye are really in bad faith ... it says a lot that their defense is mysterious phone difficulties and a comment from before the actual results of the procedure were unveiled.) Super unimpressed with these services and responses. Bummer to wake up to this after being done so dirty and still having to take 15-20 minutes to try to fix my brows every day while traveling around Europe. Of course I didn't want to return to have them "fixed" at this salon - who would? I trusted them twice with my face. That trust is gone. Lastly, lashes don't have to be real fur to not be so blunt as to function as bludgeoning devices. These are not high-quality products. read more

I got a gorgeous lash lift & tint from Ty at Third Eye Beauty Lounge and it was such a phenomenal experience. First of all, I didn't think that my Asian lashes could ever be curled. I was pretty skeptical of a lash lift actually working for me. I was proven so wrong--this lash lift looks AMAZING and it's lasted so far (1 week and it looks the exact same as when I walked out of the salon). It's such a subtle & natural way to brighten and highlight my eyes. It legitimately has increased my confidence and self perception, and for that, I'm so so grateful. Ty did such a wonderful job.
