I never became a client--and I'm glad I didn't. After expressing mild interest, I've received multiple unwanted calls that feel more like harassment than outreach. Their business model comes across as aggressive and salesy. What ultimately made my decision clear was seeing how they handle negative reviews: with zero accountability. Rather than acknowledging concerns, they deflect or dismiss them. That's a major red flag for anyone considering doing business with them. Bodify states (see the photo of Jessica's email) Coolsculpting results are 20% fat loss in treated areas the first session, and 20% loss of remaining fat in treated areas the second session. You can clearly see I did not experience 36% fat loss. Also, notice back fat is reduced, which is not a treated area - I started a daily cardio program and lost some fat naturally due to these workouts. For $4,800, I expected to have close to 36% fat loss. On 9/10, Jessica and Melissa told me that I had "amazing" fat loss. I stated how unhappy and disappointed I was that I didn't have near 36% fat loss. Their solution was to ask me for more money to do a third session. I declined. It's unacceptable this is how they treat clients. You deserve better. read more

Overall: 4.5/5 I'll start with the good, then get to the not-so-good. Facility: 5/5 This is a beautiful facility and very well appointed! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with TVs to watch and magazines to read during your treatment. I got to peek into the "man cave" before my treatment and it was super cool! The rooms have large windows that allow light in but have a coating so that those outside can't see in. Parking is easy and close, covered if you want it or uncovered in the visitor parking spots. Results: 5/5 I did CoolSculpting on my abdomen and I only needed one treatment to get the results I wanted. Granted, I am pretty slender to begin with, but after having a baby, there was some extra pudge that I wasn't used to having (and really didn't like!). I debated about this for a LONG time before taking the plunge (my son was almost 3.5 years old by the time I actually had the procedure), because I'd read so many horror stories of CoolSculpting gone wrong with paradoxical adipose hyperplasia or what have you. However, now that I'm on the other side, I can say that I am thrilled with the results and don't regret it at all. Personnel: 5/5 The team here is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. They're very non-judgmental and honest. When I went in for my follow-up after 1 session, I was sure they'd try to sell me on a second treatment even though I didn't think I needed it. And, guess what? They didn't! I was very pleased. Also - they know what they are doing. I felt more comfortable getting CoolSculpting in a place where that's literally all they do. Practice makes perfect, right? Business practices: 3/5 This was the one and only area where I felt like this business was lacking. I'm always leery of a business that won't be up-front about prices. If a business can't just quote me a price, I feel like I'm at a Middle Eastern bazaar having to negotiate down from "I'm totally ripping you off" pricing to "I'm still ripping you off but you feel better about it because I've decreased the price since we started." I initially visited Bodify in (I think) spring of 2021, but I didn't end up having a treatment until December of 2022. On my first visit, I had the consultation. When it came time to discuss price, I was quoted an amount which, of course, seemed extremely high. Then, I was asked "What were you expecting to pay?" I gave my number, and the practitioner basically split the difference between what she quoted and what I was expecting, then said that was "the lowest she could legally go." Despite my reservations, I put down a deposit. Then, when I got home, I started feeling yucky about it. I felt like if I had given a lower number when I was asked what I had expected to pay, my final amount owed would have been lower. To their credit, I called and requested my deposit back, and they did refund it immediately, which was wonderful of them. Eventually, I purchased two cycles (each applicator = 1 cycle, so for an area of the body like the abdomen, 2 cycles = 1 treatment) on their annual Black Friday sale - at a lower price than the one I was originally quoted. So, obviously, the price I was quoted in 2021 was not "the lowest they could legally go," right? Right. That's very annoying. Nevertheless, I felt better about the 2 cycles I purchased on the Black Friday special because: a) at least the price was transparent up front, and b) everyone who purchased those would be paying the same price, rather than some people paying more and some people paying less because they're better or worse at negotiating at the bazaar. My advice, if you want to go here, is to have your consultation and then wait for the Black Friday sale to purchase your sessions. read more

I just absolutely loved my experience with team Bodify arcadia and my overall results. First off, I'm a 53 year old guy and didn't expect to ever find myself in a place "like this." But I've spent my entire life dealing with some extra baggage on my chest and belly that just were never going to go away. Enter team Bodify. So, my intro and overall experience. I had a chance to meet a few members of the team and together we discussed what would be the best approach. TBH, I expected this to be the car salesman part, where I'd be told of all the different add-ons I could do, or discussions of having an ultimate body. That wasn't the case at all. Lisa and the team were honest about where they could help vs. not. I was pretty surprised to hear them tell me that they really didn't recommend treatment in a few areas because I didn't really have that much left to lose. Talk about refreshing! Fast forward to the treatment. It's cold, but the team was great in doing the massages and making sure I was following the right protocol afterwards. And guys be warned, the massage after having your chest worked on can best be considered "spicy". Serious ouch that goes away a few minutes later. Overall I'm pleased with the results. My chest is much more firm, and I'm less barrel chested and am now broad. I look like the athlete that I am. There are times I wonder how much really changed, but then I've gotten feedback from people who haven't seen me for a while. I walked into my PT's office. He looked up and said "Whatever you're doing, you should keep on doing it. You look really, really good. I mean really, REALLY good. And then there was the time I was out by the pool with my daughter and she asked me about a couple of scars on my tummy from surgeries. The Coolsculpting procedure works. Results will differ from person to person, like everything now a days. However, there are enough statistics and proven results available to the public regarding the effectiveness of this procedure. So to be honest, the real question is where do you want to go to have the procedure done. I researched Coolsculpting for about a year before I started to proceed with a provider. I went with Bodify because they only offer Coolsculpting. What I kept coming across were places that offered facials, Botox, etc., along with Coolsculpting. The usual jack of all trades, master of none. It was difficult to get reviews pertaining to Coolsculpting alone when researching these providers. I went to Bodify with realistic expectations. Each treatment will remove roughly 20% of fat in the treated area. I had a kangaroo pouch of fat that would not go away. Maybe if I worked out 8 hours a day it would of went away, but I wasn't going to do that. I had two sessions done on my lower abs and the attached before/after pics are my results. The overall process is not painful. It can be uncomfortable when the skin/fat is freezing and "de thawing." Similar to when your hands initially get cold and then you run them under warm water. However, it was nothing to write home about. You have to massage the area a couple of times a day for two weeks after the procedure. I can only describe the feeling as kneading a bruise. That was probably my least favorite part about it all. It's not painful, just annoying. I was highly impressed with my overall experience at bodify. Everyone is super nice and extremely knowledgeable. The office is very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. They have sales promotions a couple of times a year. You just have to keep an eye out. First off, the place is beautiful, comfortable and the staff is warm and welcoming. When I first arrived I was nervous and to be honest a little scared. I then spoke with Jessica and Melissa about the procedure and they explained everything and answered every single question. Even my silly questions such as, "can I have a glass of wine to calm my nerves?" Which they obliged. The room I was in was very comfortable. Next they measured me and set me up on the machine. Once the machine was finally "sucking the fat out", I was handed my wine and a watched a movie. It was very relaxing. I was there for approx 4 hours. I have done a total of 8 areas and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Now, I drove all the way from Southern California having heard how great this particular cool sculpt spa was. I spoke on the phone prior and was still given all the information as well and what works best. 1 week post-cool sculpting review: I reached out to the ladies at Bodify after doing extensive research on cool sculpting in my area (North Dakota). After having a less than good consultation with a company in North Dakota I set up an appointment at Bodify. The ladies were awesome from the start of our phone conversation, and then followed up with text messages. They booked out enough time for me to have both a consultation and if I choose to go with cool sculpting a procedure too. I was only in Arizona a week and they knew I was on a time crunch. Almost 1 week after my cool-sculpting I've had very slight soreness, and numbness but nothing that wasn't already discussed before my appointment. I am excited to see the results in weeks/months to come. I am at my goal weight and really hope this helps get rid of my stubborn body fat in my lower abdomen. I would highly recommend Bodify for their customer service and their office at 4 MONTHS POST COOL SCULPTING UPDATE: Amazing! I am absolutely amazed at my results. I typically get results within 4-5 weeks, which I'm told is unheard of. The facility is clean and modern. The staff has a smile on their face, and a pleasant attitude at all times. Very nice staff, office is nice. My first treatment did yield good results. Though there was significant pain the first 3 weeks. The second treatment they elected to use different applicators. Charged me a ton of money and 4 months later zero results. Not happy at all w paying for that. Mixed bag. But again, nice people. But results not worth the significant investment. Update in response to staff reply to my review: The second procedure was done in late February or early March. So by the end of June it was 4 months and the results were not there. I had become concerned after 3 months the results were not going to show, so I worked on the following: -Major diet, went to vegerterian lifestyle. -Stopped any alcohol comsumption for 60 days. -Purchased a cardio machine at home which I use daily. -Went to weight loss clinic where they gave me medications and weekly shots. As a result, I lost 20 lbs since my first weigh in at your location. If I came in, you would take your photos which would show reductions in subcutaneous fat. You would then base a conclusion that your procedure is the direct cause of the fat reduction in those areas. Which then you would put in your book of photos and use as an example to other people how "well" your procedure works. The fact is, the second procedure did very little. Any loss of fat since my first procedure is due 95% to my efforts. From my experience, the results were good with the plate like applicators. Very painful recovery, but it worked well and was worth the investment. I had assumed we were using the same applicators for the second time around. Instead, your team used the suction kind. They do not freeze anywhere near the same volume of fat. But you charge the same amount for something that does not do as much. There was no pain or discomfort during or after the procedure. No itching, no numbness...which leads me to believe it did not work. Going in to have you take pictures of me does not make the procedure work better. So saying I did not come in June, July, etc has no bearing on my results. You charged me $4K for something that did not work. For anyone considering the procedure, first see what applicator they will use. In my experience, the suction kind do very little if anything. When looking at the photos any Cool Sculpting provider shows you of other patients, keep in mind those people just paid thousands of dollars for the procedure. Thus, its highly likely they are dieting and exercising more due to the investment and to see results. Not many people will pay that and keep their diet and exercise levels the same as they were pre-procedure. Also, if a provider says they have done thousands of procedures, thats great. But their books of clients may only show 50 or so. So if a provider did 5000 procedures and their book is showing 50 client examples, thats 1% of their work. 1 client out of 100 made that book, you are looking at the top 1% of results. If you are already skinny and just looking for a small reduction in an area, then maybe this is for you. But if you are 30 maybe 40 lbs over weight and want some reduction, look at liposuction. In the end it costs less than what I did and the pain/ recovery was about the same. And with lipo you will get clear results where there is no grey area. read more

The whole place had a great home like feeling which I enjoyed during my treatment. I went to Bodify to get my first ever cool sculpting treatment. I did my underarms, armpit area, and lower abdomen. Today, I had my first CoolSculpting Treatment to Transformation ever! It was the most comfortable medical experience I've had. I had 6 cycles - arms, lower abdomen, and flanks. With quad-sculpting (4 machines at the same time) it only took me 2 hours total. And then I got on a plane to fly back home with no pain. I decided to freeze off my love handles, I don't have much fat but enough to grab the procedure took about an hour and at first it's cold, then it feels like someone is grabbing your fat really hard then after a few mins it goes numb. I went in to see if I was a good canidate for cool sculpting. They ensured me that I was and it would be soooo efffective. Well, 2500 dollars later and 2 treatments later no results. I was only looking to reduce the little area in tummy that I could not get rid of due to pregnancy. I work out like a crazy person and have excellent eating habits. But very very disappointed. They were so confident i'd have no problem reducing that area. I would have rather spent that money on lipo. Its not much more than that. Very sad.
