Then I read about AOS where they use a "Southern Method" and go in the side of the knee instead of the front thus lessening the pain. I had AOS do my surgery and I was pleasantly surprised. They had me walk up and down 3 stairs and walk down the hall right after I woke up from surgery. I walked out of the hospital to go home. I was able to go to PT 3 days after surgery. If i had been working in an office job, I could have returned to work 4 weeks after surgery. The doctor was excellent and well prepared for any problems that might come up post surgery. I had minor pain and was able to resume my household duties within a week. I am 82.

The kind of pain where you can't sleep, can't function, and start irrationally hating strangers just for existing near you. That's the level I was at when I crawled into Donelson Chiropractic Clinic and met Dr. Rewan. This man? An adjustment wizard. I told him I wasn't into the feather-light "maybe next time" style of chiropractic care. I needed the real stuff. The neck crack that feels like it just released a demon. The reset that instantly calms the internal rage monster. And he delivered -- skillfully, safely, and with actual care. He asked the right questions. He listened.
